    Furnace Install

    I called Reliance simply to service our furnace before the winter months set in. Unfortunately it ended up being more than we anticipated as it was discovered to be unsafe needing to be tagged and immediately shut down. The technician explained in detail, along with showing me the evidence of the corrosion inside the furnace which can cause carbon monoxide to dissipate. Less than 24 hours later the work was complete. New furnace and a/c installed by very professional hard working men who respected our home in every way. Was pleasantly surprised, even after the installers had left, to have their manager come to check out all was completed to our satisfaction. As much as this was not a planned expense Reliance helped make it as stress free as possible. You guys rock and are very much appreciated. You rate 10+ in our books.

    Furnace service

    I just had my furnace serviced by Philip - he was on time, answered my questions and was courteous. I also appreciate that he called earlier in the day to indicate what time he would arrive.

    Furnace & AC installation in Sudbury

    Bonjour/Hello, We are very pleased with the service. Daniel & Lance installed a new furnace and AC unit. They called before to advise that they were on their way. The removal of old units and installation of new equipment went very well. They explained what they were doing and how to operate the units. A few weeks before, Steve, the salesperson was courteous, not pushy and provided very good service. Thanks to the team for their top-notch work. Merci!

    Furnace Repair

    My wife was hearing some noise coming from the furnace when the fan was running, so, she called Reliance to make an appointment to have the furnace checked. The repair man came and I told him that the furnace warning light was giving me a code 31. He was able to narrow down the problem to he exit fan. He place an order from his phone for a replacement. The next day, the new fan was delivered so my wife called to make an appointment to have it installed. The same service man came on the day the new part arrived. When it came time to plug in the new fan, he realised they had sent the wrong fan, so, he got in his service truck and went to their warehouse, pick-up the right fan, came back and installed it. A part that would have cost us well over $400.00 dollars was free thanks to our insurance. Two thumbs up for the service man.

    Plumbing Protection Plan

    We arrived home from vacation to find water and sewage backing up in our basement - yuck! A quick call to Reliance Service department and we had an appointment first thing in the morning. Dan, the Pluming Protection Technician called before coming over. When he arrived he was patient and thorough when working to resolve the problem. He explained everything he was doing and tried to unclog the blockage many times. At last he was successful! Dan was excellent, he really went above and beyond!!

    4 Days and counting No Hot Water!

    It's going on 4 days with no hot water. I rent for the purpose of repair or replacement when the Water Heater fails and Reliance is unable to provide the service I pay for. I had to wait until late evening the following day after scheduling a service appointment, and the technician was unable to repair the unit. This service call occurring one week after it was previously repaired, keep in mind. Then the technician gives me the news that a part will be delivered to my house the following day, why the service technician doesn't get the part themselves surprises me, and once it arrives I have to then call in again to schedule an appointment to get it installed. I'm still waiting for that part, and every time I call in I get told the courier is out for delivery. So, it looks like I will be without hot water for 5 days or more. That is just plain wrong and unacceptable. If you cannot repair the unit I rent for the purpose of having services when it fails, then replace it. Don't prevent a paying customer from not having hot water for so long. Since I have had this unit it has required service or repair 1-2 times a year, is that normal? Where are these parts and units being made, in China? Definitely poor quality.

    Installation new furnace and AC

    Marcus and Bruce did a wonderful job. Nice and clean. Very happy with end result. They explained everything and made sure that we are comfortable with what their doing. It was pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommended.

    Great customer service!

    Vince from Reliance Thunder Bay was a huge help in getting us our new furnace. He went above and beyond in showing us all of our new furnace options, and ensured that we had a portable heater to use until installation! I would recommend him to everyone in Thunder Bay!

    hot water tank

    I called Reliance this afternoon for them to come and check my water tank ... they send they had a opening this afternoon and Robert 11910 ..came and was very polite and he fixed the problem . Yes i would recommend this company very pleased with the service ....Thank you a very pleased customer Denise

    Furnace Installation

    Chris did an excellent, professional job installing our furnace. He took time to explain specifics in functions and answered all questions. We were very happy with the process for purchasing to the actual installation.
