Chris did an excellent, professional job installing our furnace. He took time to explain specifics in functions and answered all questions. We were very happy with the process for purchasing to the actual installation.

Mike M. and Rob D. were professional and very efficient even when faced with unexpected small problems which involved extra work on their parts. We would definitely recommend Reliance based on the experience we had.

One day my daughter was left home by herself. One of their agent came at home and put my daughters name. We are not receiving any service from them but we are getting charge as per the agent 9.99 per month. But for this month, we recieved a bill of 34.99 for no reason!

Great, fast and courteous service this Sunday morning, to solve problem I had with my furnace. All is nice and warm again and we can rest easy. Thank you Farhad Fani-Molky!

My technician was Matt M. He did an excellent job checking my furnace. He did exactly what i thought should be done and what i pay for ev. mon. I havent always felt that way when a technician leaves. Some of them leave me wondering?? It doesnt stop at taking the door off the front of furnace?? Reliance was notified twice regarding lazy service. I should not have to call. I pay for a service and thats what i want. Anyways this time was good, hope it stays that way. Thank you Matt.M.

I was in need of someone at Reliance to check on the furnace in my home and Ricki was brought in from (NWG) as a subcontractor for Reliance. He was on time and courteous. He thoroughly answered just about every question and concern I had and reassured me that the everything was functioning properly with the furnace. I will rely on Reliance again for future service calls.

Had problem with furnace kicking out called reliance and had a technician there with in 24 hours. Fixed one problem and had to order a circuit board and called me immediately when it was in and replaced. The service technician was professional and curtious . Very pleased with the service.

Purchased a home with a 15 year old rental water heater from Reliance and asked them to replace it. Booked 2 appointments for this and on both occasions they were unable to replace the tank as they didn't have the kind I needed available....even though they promised they would. Wasn't happy about getting up at 6:30 am only to get a phone call at 9 saying they didn't have the tank. Finally showed up with the tank on the third try. However this was not the fault of Derrick MacIsac who was the installer that day. Derrick was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Very happy with his service and customer care.

Because of an injury I was unable to crawl under the sink to replace a kitchen faucet. I called for help and the plumber, Phil, was there the next day and did an excellent job. Only problem was the call centre. The first woman told me they didn't do installations, only repairs. I didn't believe her because the web site said otherwise so I called back and got someone different. This woman said yes they install but I would have to provide the fixture. I bought one at the store. The plumber told me in fact they carry parts in their trucks.

Dan#4181 did a great job ,very polite,courteous and professional in fixing my faucets...he was very knowledgeable and meticulous.I am very satisfied with Reliance and their professional staff and will continue to use them in the future.
