    New A/C and furnace

    I would like to thank Mike Morphy for his honesty and caring nature with regards to my decision to purchase a new system. The team that installed were fast and efficient. I am very happpy with all levels of service.

    Hotwater Heater Burts on the weekend!

    This past weekend my hotwater tank burst and lots of water flowed out until I came home and found the mess. Reliance staff acted fairly quickly, and attended. They removed the old one, and installed a new one. I then called Reliance and asked for a tankless water heater system attend my home to assess my place for suitability of such a system. That was well handled by Steve Mapletoft. I also had a follow-up call to reliance for a technical problem with my hotwater tank and my boiler. The service tech was Matt M. Overall, I am left with saying that the service from Reliance has been ‘top notch’, all the way around. From making the phone calls to Reliance, through the follow-up call that Matt M. attended to. Everything was professional, timely and friendly. I do want to make special mention for Matt M. he was fabulous to help us out! I want to commend him for his technical skill and his approach to the customer. Thank you Reliance! Thomas Smith

    Furnace and air conditioner installation

    Got a furnace, air condition and tankless water heater installed in November by Reliance. I had an issue with the humidifier installed for me as it is very loud so I contacted the sales rep and reported the issue. Three days ago one of reliance subcontractors called me and setup an appointment on Tuesday Jan 10 to come and fix it. I took a day off and stayed home but just couple of hours before the appointment they called me and cancelled the appointment due to part not being ordered. then they setup another appointment for me on next day Wednesday Jan 11 from 7 to 11 pm so again I stayed home for 4 hours and through the night but the technician did not show up. I called the company and received no explanation and no apology for the missing appointment only another long hours of appointment window. This is completely unacceptable, a very low level of customer service and frustrating. The irony is that Reliance use this slogan in their commercial that "We are not comfortable until you are" but the truth is that they don't care. I am an uncomfortable customer and this is how I am being treated. The truth is that when it is time to sell the product everything is perfect, they provide lots of promises and paint the perfect picture but when the deal is done then you are on your own and have to go through the painful experience that I have gone through. At least do not advertise and say something that you cannot commit to. I hope others read this review and choose their provider wisely.

    Great experience with Phil for a plumbing issue

    So glad I purchased the plumbing plan. We had an issue with leaking in our ceiling in our home in Tecumseh and Phil (Plumber) from Reliance came in. He was very nice, professional and clean. He fixed our problem, had to remove the toilet and fix/replace a valve. I would definitely recommend Reliance and also recommend getting the plumbing plan, it was certainly worth it. I now have my water heater, furnace, air conditioning with Reliance and have purchased their maintenance plans. Now that I actually had an issue and had to use it I can confirm that their service and employee is top notch!

    Furnace install

    Very happy with the service across the board! Customer service was courteous and prompt. The original repair guy gave me all my options and contacted a salesperson that evening. Both sales and install technician were excellent! No complaints!

    service to furnace

    James tech # DAA2881 was very friendly fast and efficient. He was awesome. He fixed the leak on my furnace, replaced the battery for the thermostat and rewired the thermostat to have the fan option.

    Furnace repair

    I called for a repair person to fix my furnace. It was 10pm. I got through immediatly. The person who answered my call was courtious. She set me up with an appointment the next morning between 7am and 11am. Then I received a conformation text with all the information. The next morning the repair man named Jamie N called at aprox 9am saying he was on his way within 15 minute arrival. He was able to locate the problem,fix it and also set the furnace up properly. He informed me that the person who set it up did it incorrectly. The furnace is two years old and I have been here for one year. I had mentioned last winter it was cold in the house some days and he looked and set it properly. I am very satisifyed with the promptness and service received. The cost was all covered through the protection plan. Thanks Jamie. Jan stone

    Purchasing of Furnace, Installation of Furnace, installation of Water Heater

    I've purchased, installed a new furnace. Everything went smooth and quickly. Jayson Newton is a sale person. Nice & professional person Rob and Patrick are installers (Real professionals). Great job! The Water heater installed Joshua. Great job!

    Furnace Repair

    Have just signed up for the furnace protection plan. Received prior service a couple of months ago and also today; two different issues. Customer service was very professional and technician service was excellent. Purchased furnace and lease water tank from company. Would definitely recommend this service.

    Tankless water heater installation

    The sales rep Douglas P. was very polite and friendly while he helped us book an appointment to install a tankless water heater. Afterwards, the service agents arrived on time for the appointment and finished the job within 2 hours. We were informed about how to use the system. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the work done.
