I have had no heat for the past month now at home! I've scheduled 3 appointments to have them send someone to service my home and get the heat working. Each time I wait around all day and receive no phone call and no one show up!! I call back to ask what happened and they just tell me EACH time "sorry about that, we can reschedule another service date". This is unacceptable and really shows how unprofessional and careless they are towards their customers. They only care about sending you a bill in which my case I don't even get the service for!!! I am now sitting in my cold home with strep throat that I've had for the past week thanks to this negligence!

Very happy with the water heater that was installed. Thanks again to Ryan Smith from Home Reliance. Quickly resolved issue and will highly recommend him/them to anyone in the future.

I have Heating and Airconditioning Service Insurance with Reliance , Gurpal the contractor was right on time for his appointment and very informative when I asked him questions. I recommend Reliance to everyone I know.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable technician. Cleaned boiler, it was really dirty. Got everything back up and running properly. Answered all my questions too. Talked about boilers, air handlers, air conditioners etc....

I have been reporting numerous calls to Reliance about our Tankless Hot Water Heater. Various Reliance Staff have told me that it was impossible to be having the problems that we were being subjected too. After numerous complaints we just gave up and went on with our life. With a family member with terminal cancers, Reliance was NOT a big priority on our list. Finally it became such a problem with errors and shortages of hot water, l made the time to deal with this once and for all. After all we had been paying for this top of the line water heater. Finally we had a Reliance Employee (Phil Latour) that gave a dam about their Reliance Customer and worked on our Tankless Water Heater for hours, trying to get to the bottom of it. After much frustration and figuring out all the codes that were coming up, he managed to get us a brand new Tankless water heater. Hopefully this takes care of our issues once and for all. Thank you Phil for your committed Customer Service and going that extra mile. As for Reliance, l don't have a lot of good to say about your Customer Service. Thank goodness you have some really good committed employees that give a dam. Because Reliance itself, should be ashamed of how we have been treated since this system was installed.

I found two blocked drains and called reliance. I'm satisfied with the work of Bob the plumber, for his complete and friendly service, who not only cleared the blocked drains, but also gave a complete check of other equipment. I'm happy to be on the plan.

The techs were right on time to do the service. Very friendly and hands on when it came to getting the job done. The service was done timely and efficiently.

Shane and Victor were wonderful in getting the job done! They went through everything with us and ensured we had a complete walk through of the operations both outdoor and indoor. Everything from the point of meeting our sales rep Jarred to the day of install was perfect. You guys changed our minds on how "anti social and sometimes rude" installers/tech people can be. Thanks Guys!! Our home is much warmer now!!

I was really happy with the sales person and those who came to install them. They showed up on time, they cleaned up after the installation, and overall, i was satisfied with how they handled the job.
