    Furnace and AC install

    Very satisfied with the recent install. From R. Knicely's service, to G. Greenway taking the time to discuss in detail the specifics of the rebate program, choice of equipment, and process; and Nash and Mo with their professional, efficient installation - all went smoothly and cleanly. We are very happy with the new equipment. Thank you!

    Leaking hot water tank

    I called reliance after I discovered that there was a puddle of water accumulating around my hot water tank. They sent a gas hot water tank specialist, Arash Setayesh, to my home and he quickly discovered the problem and showed me where there leak was coming from. He quickly fixed the leak and did a great job.

    Water Heater Fix

    Had a nice young man by the name of Dave daa4271 fix my water heater. He came in, took one look at it and knew right away what to fix! I was extremely impressed by his prompt service and skills. Very happy with this service and Reliance.

    This Plumbing issue was taken care of quickly

    Phil the plumber showed up on time gave quick friendly service. Showing he was knowledgeable and able to get the job done. I watched him complete the job while having conversation everything turned out good in the end.

    Water Heater Replacement

    It was quite simple: I called Reliance and asked for a more energy efficient water heater. Not only did they do that, but the model they brought was more effective too. They added the required exhaust/air exchange conduit so the installation would be code-compliant. They worked quite fast, a crew of two and completed the work in a few hours. They even made the intake/exhaust vents vermin resistant. Moving the tanks, including the old one was a beast of a job, but they did it without damaging any walls or doors. No water leaked anywhere. The crew arrived in the expected time window and were incredibly courteous and answered all questions. The service was fantastic. The heater has been working flawlessly.

    not happy

    Had my electric water heater converted to a gas tank less- the deal was for a Bosch with a $200 gift card- they installed a no-name tank with no gift card. After some discussion- $200 credit to account....we'll see if that happens....

    Competent technician

    Family woke up to no hot water. Technician O. SPENCE WAS GREAT. Personable and knew how to get the job done. Felt as though we were treated as family. Good job by Reliance.Keep up the good work.

    Incompetent Service

    No hot water for a week now. Same thing happened a month ago. Parts arrive but are never the right part. Uber drivers deliver the parts. Two people showed up today with the same part and arrived at the same time. Service people all week. They say it's fixed but it's never fixed. Service people never arrive at the specified time. I've missed numerous days of work waiting for people who never show up on time. Tonight -"Sometime after 9:00". It's a Friday night! Pathetic. This is not the fault of the employees. It is a reflection of the incompetent management team of this company, starting with the CEO. Gabe

    Purchasing and Replacement of furnace

    Robert employee #11910 was the one that sold us the furnace he convinced us that was one of the best furnace to serve our needs. Advising us that the furnace we had we might not be able to get the parts easily available for repairs due to how old it was. Dan and Andrew that installed the furnace were very polite and clean. Very professional. They knew what they were doing and very knowledgeable. They explained how the furnace functioned and gave us a course on the thermostat on how it works. Also advised us if we needed anymore information to call them. They clean after themselves. Very impressed.
