    Professional sales and service

    Thank you Reliance for great service overall. Thank you to our salesperson Dan from Windsor who was honest and polite. Installers were professional and did job well. I recommend Reliance to all.

    12 Point Furnace Inspection

    John came in and was great! Completed the 12 point inspection in a timely manner. He went out of his way to provide me with more information on what Reliance can do for me with respect to annual protection services, I took the opportunity to sign up. I have no problem recommending Reliance to others. Thank you!

    Furnace and air conditioner

    The workers were professional and stayed until the job was completed. They made sure I knew how to work the equipment and that all my questions were answered. The job was complicated due to being an older house.

    Toilet issues

    Wow..what great service! ....We phoned Reliance for services at around 1 p.m. We were told a service rep would be here between 1 and 5 pm, and we prepared to wait. To our surprise we received a call already at 1:45 pm saying that he would be here within 10 minutes. Blake (3821) was very friendly and courteous and got right to fixing the issues we had. He replaced what needed to be, and triple checked everything to make sure all was in perfect order. He very patiently answered all of our questions as well. We will definitely phone Reliance again, and will definitely ask for Blake.

    Furnace maintenance

    I would like to recognize the Technician 'Al' (Tech #RCHSA030) who came at my house to do a 'maintenance' on my furnace. Al exceeded my expectations by cleaning the 'roller' inside my furnace, found that I needed to change my batteries in my thermostat, inspected my furnance and found an issue and fix it right away. Al was really professional by explaining what he did and that I should look to upgrade my new furnace....for a most efficient one. Oustanding service! Thank you Al

    Boiler maintenance and repair

    Joe (Emp# 0297) and Ian (Emp# 0217) were diligent and knowledgeable and professional, and worked hard to restore my neglected equipment to acceptable levels. As a new resident to the province, I felt I was in safe and respectful hands, and will not forget their concern to make sure I had equipment that was safe and reliable. Thank you so much!

    Not impressive

    Called in the evening for repair service. On hold a long time. Appointment made for the next day , between 8-12. Waited until 1pm and then called to see what was happening, if anything. On hold for over 4 minutes. Repair was 'just finishing another job and then will be going over" I can appreciate people getting held up...but no phone call is what pisses me off. As well as being on hold for extended and unreasonable times. But if you are "late" by one second with your bill, (as in the robo call you the day before it is due), they sure find time to contact you.

    Furnace repair

    The whole experience was terrific from booking the appointment, keeping me informed when the service rep was delayed, and when he arrived - Rob M was professional, efficient and courteous. I'm happy to give a top rating for this experience.

    Water Heater Replacement

    Our water heater fell apart Sunday night; called it in, they booked the call right away. Then, despite having 2 technicians sick on Monday, our tech (Bryan #2320) came through and fixed everything - very quick, professional, great guy.

    winter tune up

    i had them come out to do a winter 'tune up' as the furnace was not working. The technician told me that the the "gas valve was defective' and advised that i get a new furnace. I had another company recommended by enbridge come in for a repair. their report said " unit was turned off' they turned it on and the furnace has been working beautifully since. I have called reliance and they are "looking into it' but no refund yet until they investigate. I think that there must be some sort of pay off to the technician for getting a new furnace...not at all impressed...hopefully i will get my money back!
