I'm renting hot water tank from reliance. Every time I call - it takes over an hour! They keep transferring you and you ending up on a main menu again... and you have to punch enter all the numbers for the fifth time... Even with the little thing like changing credit card number on the account - takes over an hour! Can't log in online - account is blocked for no reason, have to call back... uh

I was happy with the service Reliance service guy gave us was very helpful and gave us good advice .Now we have heat and I could not be happier .He was very polite and neat.

I called Reliance, they booked an appointment convenient to me and my contractor. Excellent, professional. Installation went smoothly and Reliance worked with my contractor to choose best place possible. I would always recommend Reliance.

Daniel and Andrew installed a new furnace and A/C for me. They did an excellent job! Very fast, efficient and showed up right on time. They cleaned up before they left and explained the new equipment thoroughly. Would highly recommend them.

Sales Appointment on Wednesday. Installation the following day. Started at 9:00am finished by 4:00pm. Everything cleaned up and the furnace working fine. Great job, great service. The advisor, Bruce Hamilton, was terrific and followed up soon after the the installation was complete. Looking forward to receiving the rebate and a year's freedom from payments. ++++

We had great service. I called because my hot water tank was full of brown water and the guy did what he could, but it needed replacing. I got it replaced same day and we have clean water now!

B-vent was disconnected and the grounding wire for the water heater was absent. Reliance Home Comfort sent over the qualified technicians and patched it all up no problem and with excellent service and honesty. The technicians were really respectful, qualified and put us at ease about the problem. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs great service and most importantly, peace of mind.
