i had them come out to do a winter 'tune up' as the furnace was not working. The technician told me that the the "gas valve was defective' and advised that i get a new furnace. I had another company recommended by enbridge come in for a repair. their report said " unit was turned off' they turned it on and the furnace has been working beautifully since. I have called reliance and they are "looking into it' but no refund yet until they investigate. I think that there must be some sort of pay off to the technician for getting a new furnace...not at all impressed...hopefully i will get my money back!

My water heater had stopped working on the weekend and they sent phil latour he was a pleasant man who not only did the initial call but looked into a few of the other things with the water heater as well while he was here you could tell he took pride in his work.

Service Tech - Ali - employee # 4145 -called first and arrived in specified time frame - identified himself as a Reliance Tech - clean cut - went about to do his work - I felt my furnace would be in good working order for the coming winter-

What a horrible company. Enbridge found a gas leak in the line leading to the water heater and tagged the appliance and shut off my gas at the meter. Reliance came to correct the measure, then the technician refused categorically to sign the tag saying it was fixed. He said that there was still a leak and that the line needed a pressure test... So, I had to hire an. Independent company to come perform this test, and they confirmed that there were no additional leaks and that the test should have been done by Reliance after they fixed the faulty appliance connection... and that the tech could have signed the tag to clear the appliance and turn on my gas... but it cost me $120, a fee that I should not have needed to pay because Reliance should have done it.... This left me with an extra two days without heat or hot water, and guests in the house. In a previous interaction with them, Reliance also tried to charge me with the unpaid fees from the previous homeowner... honestly, it feels like they are completely dishonest, at least with me as a consumer.

My furnace and airconditioning is due for replacement. Did some research on companies that provide this service and decided with Reliance. Scheduled for an appointment to discuss solutions and was amazed how clearly they explained and savings from installing the system. Scheduled next day installation and personnel came in on time , did job professionaly and cleanly. Would highly recommend this company.

Philip was courteous, on time, pleasant, and went out of his way to ensure he had the correct parts for the job even though they weren't delivered by the courier. Kept me informed of the progress of the job along the way. Great service!

Plumber was sent to my home, and he spent a lot of time fixing the leak attached to my water softener. He did a great job, and also replaced my shower fixture as we were having issues. On plumbing, it was great.

My thermostat recently provided 2 error codes indicating a need for inspection. Reliance came to my home with very little wait time and corrected my issues. The Trusted Advisor, Steve K educated me about the system workings. He was informed, patient and generous with the information he shared.

Jerry (NWG) is a great technician. Identified and fixed the defective thermocouple in mere minutes. Thanks for a great job. I am not happy that Reliance made me wait from Saturday night when the problem was reported until 11:00 am Monday for hot water.
