Andrew & Wes installed new furnace & A/C. They were friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. Scott Dressler explained the format to me and kept in touch to ensure the installation was going well. I'm very pleased and recommended a friend who is booked for her new furnace & A/C. Thank you.

Met with Sales rep Sinclair who fully explained all my options given what my needs were. He was very personable and informative. After a review of my choices given a certain size of air conditioner required, I made my choice and he set an install date within the week. Installers were also exceptional and preformed their work to a high standard. Highly recommended company.

Our installers Mike, Luciano & Victor were very friendly, courteous & extremely professional. They reviewed with us what was to be done and where new lines were to go. They even found a gas leak prior to starting the job and spoke to us about it and that at the end of the job they completed another test to ensure no leaks. Over the day they continued to keep us updated on how the job was going and expected completion time. When all jobs were completed, they reviewed all new equipment, filters, switches, electric panel & seasonal procedures with us and answered all our questions. Our Home Comfort Advisor, Jarred stopped by to ensure we were happy with the service which was appreciated. His & the installers dedication to customer service is exceptional. We will be recommending Reliance to family & friends

Jordan C. came over to replace our water heater with a new one. He was very well organized and cleaned after himself consistently during the work. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very polite and friendly. He paid attention to details. Very good experience. Well done Jordan... from an happy customer.

In 2006 a tenant living in my property in Cambridge called reliance claiming to be me and asked for a water heater and tank replacement. This guy had drilled a hole in the tank causing it to leak. A new tank was placed in ,larger, and the tenant slowly set about being destructive causing all kinds of water damage. That tank is now rusty and has to be replaced.I asked reliance if they verify who the landlord is with an ID check and was told I don't know anything about that . They do not confirm the homeowner ID. Get with it guys its 2016.

Great install came on time and completed install completed on time can't ask for anything more. The team was professional and polite. I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone.

We are covered under the Reliace plumbing plan. Bob Fradglyey #4174 responded to a call about a leaking shower line recently. He is very knowledgeable, personable and professional and completed an inspection of the remaining plumbing fixtures while at our house, which was extremely informative for me as a homeowner. I would call him again if we had any questions or required work to be done. Reliance plumbing calls are not a "same-day" service (our visit was scheduled for 3-days after the issue was discovered) but otherwise it was a very positive experience.

Bob Fradgley came to to my home on Oct 14 2016 to change a value that could turn on or off. He was really clean around his job site. Thanks

Jason arrived on time, gave us detailed information on the new furnace, plus the benefits we would derive from it. He was a consummate professional, knowledgeable and gave us advice on ways in which we could better insulate our house. We were impressed , not only with all the above, but his obvious love of his job and his great attitude. Highly recommended!
