We're enrolled with the Reliance Furnace/AC protection plan - during the summer we called to have our AC/furnace checked out. The technician who came was wonderful and did a great job explaining to us some problems we might encounter in the future because of the way the AC unit was situated outside the house but for the most part everything was in good condition. Only thing he pointed out was that when we started using the furnace in the fall that we should make a call to have a Reliance technician make a small repair to the furnace unit which had started making a buzzing sound towards the end of last winter. We called, made an appointment and I wanted to say that our technician, Thava Siva went above and beyond our expectations. He arrived when expected, made the repairs and worked on the furnace to make sure that the buzzing sound stopped, but serviced and cleaned some parts that he thought needed some TLC. Thava was an excellent technician who sought to ensure that we were happy with the service he provided and most importantly that we'd be confident in his work! My only complaint about the Reliance service is the number of calls I've received since joining their home protection plan - as they've tried to up-sell us on other services they provide. It's gotten to the point where I've actually blocked the numbers these calls originated from. However, I wanted to reiterate how happy we were with the actual service call and the technician! Sales person Heather Tait was very convincible, doing great job selling things people need. Thank you, Heather, you bring comfort and warmness in people's homes. I also was amazed by how highly skilled and experienced installers were, despite of their young age. Everybody tried to do the best job they can. Hard work! Thank you, all!

Hot water tank broke had a sick baby and needed to bath her to keep the fever down. Tank was fixed in a couple of hours great service and great technician

Installers did a great job Brendan and Len. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves, were very pleasant to talk to. Jason the sales representative was also very helpful and knowledgable.

I had a great experience with Markus and Bruce today with the install of my new furnace and ac. They were extremely professional and very curteous. They explained everything and made sure that I understood everything before they left. I would recommend them to anyone. The job was done with expertise and amazing service. Well done!!!!!

Steve and Dave were extremely professional and courteous. I received a courtesy call moments before they arrived at my home. I briefly explained the issue I was experiencing, and they assured me that it would be fixed. The service call went smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for better! We run a Animal Grooming and Boarding facility and Hot Water is Vital. I called Reliance at 8:22 and the repair technicians Lucas and Dana of Four Seasons Change had made repair and left by 10 a.m. Thanks Much!

Water heater was repaired. The person was courtesy. He was a friendly service technician. He did a good job. He cleaned up after himself. He turned back on the gas. So far everything working properly, don't smell gas anymore.
