Water heater was repaired. The person was courtesy. He was a friendly service technician. He did a good job. He cleaned up after himself. He turned back on the gas. So far everything working properly, don't smell gas anymore.

New furnace & Ac unit installed with brand new thermostat you can control from your phone while out of the house. Daniel & John were polite, helpful & very efficient & clean workers. Same day installation. Showed us how to work the units & install the App on our phones. Great guys & service! Highly recommended. Thank you guys, Bill, Roch & Reliance. :)

Great experience with Reliance Home Comfort after I contacted them when I realized I needed a new furnace. They were very prompt and efficient, quickly responding to my inquiry. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Bruce McDonald, home comfort advisor who explained in detail all options available to me. He came up with more than a few options and also fast-tracked my need for heat to arrange a installation the very next day! I am impressed with the professionalism displayed by their representative and I am happy to report that I am signed up for a rental agreement in which I have 3 months no payments, a great quality furnace that includes servicing yearly. Water Heather stopped working. Tech who came to fix it was cast friendly and knowledgeable about what might have happened to the heater. He fixed the problem and also explained what happened. Excellent service.

Phil Pedrosa # CBD 4176 (plumber) is your best employee. After having a couple of reliance employees come to our house and try and resolve our shower issue they were not capable. Upon Phil arriving and assessing this situation, he quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts. He was friendly and customer service was excellent. When the parts arrived he installed the parts and resolved our concerns after being frustrated initially. Thanks again Phil!

Had a great experience getting my water heater tank fixed and very fast as well. I called the night before and they came the next day. Gavin was the tech that worked on my account and he was a very nice guy and informative. I highly recommend them

Sales rep Jason Maluske was very helpful and knowledgable on furnsces and ac units. He was able to get installation set up in a few days . He explained things thoroughly and folowed up after installation.

Brendan and Len were on time, courteous, explained everything and cleaned up. Their visit was not disruptive at all. Explained the furnace, air conditioner and air purifier. They also recovered the air conditioner and explained how we couldn't mess up the switch to air conditioning because they labelled the breaker. Neither of us are experts at this stuff and they simplified the whole process.
