The tech (R. Knicely) was scheduled to arrive some time between 8am and 12pm, and actually arrived around 8:30am. Prompt service! Listened to the troubleshooting we performed ourselves, checked everything thoroughly, and found a replacement for the circuit board quickly. Service complete by 11:15, and the furnace is up and running again just in time for cold weather. Thank you very much!

My AC unit was about 8 years old and about to quit. Mine seemed to be one of the longer lasting units in my subdivision. I was getting a new hot water tank (free replacement) and decided to get the AC unit at the same time. Justin met with me the next day and explained the AC option that was available to me and it was installed the next day. For some reason, the installer said my power line was cut (it was working before he got there) and he had to make 2 large holes in my garage to get a new power source. Anyway, the AC unit was installed and it has been working quite well. I also got a Nest thermostat which I just love. Overall I'm quite happy with my new unit and I don't have to pay for 18 months. Pretty great deal. Justin was also followed up to make sure everything went well. Would recommend. Professional, fast service.

Jason Mitruk called in advance of arriving as promised and introduced himself prior to entering our home. We appreciated that he wore clean covers on his shoes to protect our floors. He asked us to describe the problem after which he went to the heater location and checked it out. Within five minutes he had diagnosed the cause of the problem and promptly corrected it. He then noticed that the small overflow safety tubing pipe was missing and fitted a replacement. He also advised us of the company's Protection Plan. We would recommend Jason for any future service. needs.

The service man showed up early on Monday, Oct 10....long weekend of Thanksgiving. He was clean, neat, efficient and had the unit serviced so fast it made my head spin!! He is well spoken and very polite. What more could one ask for?? Hot water is now working very well. I recommend your service man, Jason Mitruk, HIGHLY!! All the best, Capt. Ted Marshall

Phil from Home Reliance came over to fix our toilets. He immediately found and resolved the problems. He also noticed our sump pump was not operating properly. He fixed that too! If you are in Windsor, Ontario ask for Phil to work on your plumbing. Honest and hard working individual.

Andrew, Chris, and John came to replace everything in one day after I arranged it with Bill Wright. They did a great job, and everything went smoothly. Very friendly and professional. Everyone was easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them!

Broken furnace was repaired in a quick and efficient manner. The HVAC technician, Adam Walker, was knowledgable and helpful. Great service that was hassle-free and Mr. Walker was particularly good.

Water heater was leaking at bottom overflow? pipe. Through no fault of Reliance, this was not originally installed correctly and it took two visits to rectify the situation. Bernie Cullen was most informative at explaining the workings of the heater, which had not been done before. He installed new parts which dried up the situation and made helpful suggestions for future possibilities. A most congenial and knowledgeable repairman. Highly recommend his services.

Having had a few other estimates, I met with John Charbonneau and accepted his quote for the furnace and air conditioner replacement in our home. I am very pleased with both the cost and the meeting my wife and I had and would not hesitate referring reliance to other home owners.

while there were several issues with the install of my tankless water heater, the issues were eventually resolved. Unfortunately I did have to complain several times before action was taken. The first visit by a contractor resulted in no work being done for a reason not shared with me. A second install date was booked with the promise that a contractor would not be used, however a contractor was sent a second time and the result was less than I would expect from a professional. After several calls and complaints the issue was finally addressed. Josh W from reliance ( not a contractor) came in redid the water feeds and the job looks amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable and offered solutions. My recommendation to anyone getting an appliance installed is to be home during the install and demand Reliance tech's rather than contractors. The reliance sellers who set these jobs up are not completely aware of all the possibilities and potential isssues involved. I highly recommend technician Josh W.
