    Water Heater issue

    Went to have a nice long bath and discovered I did not have hot water. My pilot light had gone out on the water heater. I phoned Reliance and a technician, Bernie, showed up first thing the next morning. He was friendly, informative and had it working in a matter of minutes! Thank you Bernie.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Maintenance

    Neil Durling was in last night for our maintenance, he seemed to have spent a lot of time cleaning and checking our units. Very polite and friendly....will definitely ask for him next year.

    Annual Furnace servicing

    I had requested a cell phone call prior to technician arriving at my home. Appts were missed as no phone call was received. Pleasantly surprised to have an alternate technician arrive in third appointment slot. Matt was very pleasant and promptly completed furnace servicing. Thanks for taking the time to get my furnace ready before colder weather arrives.

    Furnace and air conditioning cleaning

    The gentleman/authorized contractor, Jerry Nwg, called to say he'll be at our home in about 5 minutes and he was. He was polite, put covers on his shoes, took the time to explain what was required and left everything nice and neat and in a timely fashion.

    repair to hot water tank

    I received a confirmation e-mail(RCW7889179)saying the work would be done between 1-5 on Friday,Oct.7th.....After two days without hot water we and no sign of any technician we called at 6pm. and were told there was no order or arrival time?We had the e-mail in front of us and provided the info to the lady on the line.She said that she had found the order but there was no time or repair date show.. She was able to schedule the work for Sunday,the 9th..We hope..... Our monthly bill is never late,not so with repairs???/

    Programming Thermostst

    Called Reliance this afternoon as Union Gas was not able to complete the new furnace installation and gas hook up as the thermostat was not properly programmed. Ryan arrived within several hours, promptly identified and rectified the problem. Now I will be able to have Union Gas return to complete their part of the installation. Thanks Ryan...most impressed with your technical knowledge and Reliance for immediate response.

    Installation of new furnace

    Markus & Bruce were very professional! They came in explained to me what they were going to do. Cover and protected our floors like it was their own place. And after they were done Markus explained how everything worked and if there was an emergency how I would turn off the furnace. They even went above and beyond, they took the time to explain how to use my nest thermostat (something that was existing that they didn't even install themselves) great job guys would definitely refer them to any of my friends and family

    Ongoing issue for over 1 year - then they don't show for their appointment!

    Furnace issue for 1.5 years. The furnace problem was diagnosed over a winter. The tech assured me that the part will be ordered and replaced before next winter. "Sign up for our service contract, it'll save you money". I signed up. I called the tech 3 times, and no return call. In the meantime, they have been taking their payments out of my bank account. It took them 6 months to replace a part. Still issues. It is now the next winter. I called, booked an appointment and no one shows. This company is a waste of your time and money. Take your business to someone who appreciates it. Now they tell me that the tech is running behind about another hour. It's Thanksgiving long weekend, I have shopping to do. I need heat in my house because it will be full of people. This company is difficult to work with and truly so not fulfill their obligation

    Furnace & AC Annual Maintenance

    The annual maintenance was conducted by Philip, who was polite, personable, and very efficient. His testing caught a problem with the gas pressure at the furnace burners, which was corrected. Overall I was left feeling very confident the furnace and AC will be problem free for another year!

    Blake provided excellent service and completed all necessary work very efficiently. He was personable and highly knowledgeable about what needed be done. I would readily recommend this service to others.
