We had no hot water yesterday. We called Reliance and they arrived today before 2 p.m. Shawn Miller was very polite, informative and friendly. Thanks for getting our hot water back on so fast. Fred and Michelle Heyduk

After getting a run around by call staff I finally got a Nancy who put me onto a service call that brought forth Steve Mapletoft who activated the process of replacing a furnace improperly installed some years ago. Andrew and Matt M did a fine installation this morning and I'm happy again...many thanks to the ones who cared.

Phil did the annual maintenance 21 Point Precision Tune-Up on our furnace and air conditioner and was very helpful with answers to my questions. He is a very good representative of Reliance. Cheers, Brian

Andre and Manji came out to do the annual maintenance on my furnace today and they were so friendly, polite, and helpful. The problems were a bit more complicated than expected with my furnace, but they were willing to take the time to help me work things out to my satisfaction and never made me feel rushed. I appreciate their courtesy and helpfulness very much.

Andrew was very helpful in making this decision, contacted us to review info until we decided to go ahead and assisted in setting up the installation date which was a challenge.

Technician was Phil who completed a thorough annual check of our furnace and air conditioner under the Comfort Plan Program. He attended promptly in the time frame given when the appointment was set up.

Mark Cooper was amazing in helping us get our Hot Water tank repaired. Very courteous service and truly a standard for all repairmen to follow in!!! Hope we get him in the future if ever we have troubles!

The installation by Andrew and Daniel was highly professional. The guys were very cordial, efficient, informative and great to deal with. They make great salesmen in addition to been great installers.

I needed a new air conditioner as my old one was not doing the job well. I had 2 guys come out Matt and Cordell and they were very friendly and polite and explained what they were going to do to get my air conditioner up and going. I would highly recommend them they work for Energy One and after the job was finished they cleaned up and showed me everything they had completed for me. I am very happy with the job it doesn't get better than this when you need work done in your home. Thanks Again!!

My air conditioning broke and I was lucky enough to have Jody Learn as my sales rep he was punctual and very polite and provided us with next day service as he knew how hot the weather was. He was very understanding and knowledgable about all our questions. Would recommend to any friends and family for sure. Thanks again.
