    Hot Water Tank

    Had a Hot water tank installed today after my only 6 year old tank burst. Todd installed it and did a great job. He explained things well, carefully laid out mats to prevent damage to my floors, and quickly showed me the settings on the tank and how to start it if the nat gas was ever turned off.

    Furnace repair

    Just spectacular as usual with report of furnace not working late afternoon and person here at 7 am the next morning. After leaving to pick up a part, repaired by 9 am! And with a full explanation of the problem! Outstanding as my husband always said!

    Water heater

    The reliance customer service was very poor, I had to wait two 2 days to receive an technician service with a breakdown water heater. The company was not considerate or mindful of the discomfort of it's paying customer. However, after 2 days the technician came and did an excellent job by repairing the broken water heater. The technician wad very professional and prompt. But the company customer is very poor.

    Water heater repair

    My water heater was leaking. Called reliance and within 1 day I received a new tank. Thank you Nathaniel for the implacable service.

    Technician on site support

    The technician was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to fix the issue. He cleaned the unit and when that didn't work, he replaced the motor. Kind, courteous and respectful.

    New water heater installed

    Reliance rental tank went down on Thursday and needed replacing. Called them, appointment was set for Tuesday. They honoured this and were here by 4pm Tuesday. My one and only gripe is, the old tank was leaking even when we shut off the water supply, so I was hoping they could make it out sooner. This is only because I called again Friday and expressed my concerns about having our water supply turned off for 4 days. The rep said ok, I'll see if anyone is in the area and get back to you today. That return call never happened. I understand it was the last weekend of the Holidays and also New Years etc. Ultimately the Reliance repair guy showed up and did a fantastic job, even installing a new shutoff valve for us.

    Rental water tank replacement

    Excellent job, very professional, contractor showed he cared about his work. Everything was checked before he left, very safety conscious. A++

    Shower repair

    Malcom was amazing and knowledgeable. He completed the job and explained every step, he also provided tips on how to maximize the time between repairs

    Hot water tank

    Brandan finally diagnosed the problem with the hot water in my house after a previous visit by a reliance technician and four hours with a certified plumber. Thank you so much I really appreciate it!

    Replaced Furnace

    My furnace shut down, So I called reliance and they responded right away and in 3 days I had a new furnace installed. Very happy with service! Would recommend to anybody.
