    Hot water tank replacement

    Reliance Hot water tank rental program - I would highly recommend. Technician Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He checked and rechecked his work to assure maximum quality. My new hot water tank is working flawlessly. Thank you Shawn and Reliance.

    Furnace/ac

    Bought a home with a rental unit I am told that I must pay for service and repairs The furnace needs assistance of electric heaters on cold days

    Heat pump and furnace

    We were left with a broken furnace after Christmas and was able to speak to Moe and helped us find the perfect furnace for us since our 20 year old furnace cant be fixed. He explained how the heat pump works and to take advantage of the government rebate. He even provided us a portable heater while waiting for the installation. Were happy with our new heat pump and furnace that includes a smart thermostat. I would highly recommend.

    Still Waiting

    July 2022 purchase of new furnace and air conditioner. Air conditioner cover on back order. Still waiting despite numerous emails and calls.

    Basement sump pump replacement

    Sump pump and float failed over Christmas weekend. Valve malfunction in hot water system had been discharging to sump. Pump failure meant sump was not drained and began to overflow. Jordan dealt with the problem with skill and creativity, rigging a temporary solution until parts became available by stores reopening, then returning to install new pump and float. Excellent service by Jordan.

    Plumbing service

    Excellent service from Brad the plumber. The job was quickly completed, he was very professionnal and competent. It took him much less time than if we would have tried to fix the leak on our own. Called the Reliance emergency line and we had a plumber the next day. Excellent service. Thank you Reliance!

    Consultation

    Reliance advisor visited to consult about replacing hot water tank and furnace. Took the time to explain everything. Extremely courteous and professional. And patient, as my father suffers from dementia and insisted on being part of the process he couldn't understand. Again, first rate!

    No heat

    Christmas blizzard 2022 in Prince Edward County. No heat. Called for service on my warranty plan, did wait on line for 1 Hr 37 mins before I got a person, took all the necessary info, informed me they were very busy and next appt would be 4 days out, but would try to expidate that time. Called two days later with some model info, passed that along and ask to see if any changes to service date, and there was , there would be here that day, so only a two day wait ( not great in the winter but there are many in this storm without power). Barry arrived, reviewed the situation, determined the faulty blower on a 13 year old furnace, did not have the right part but replaced it with a generic model, did some modifications so it would provide heat, ordered and new part and the house has had heat. Barry was informative, professional and very clean with his work performance. First time I had to call for service and glad i had this coverage. Part alone would have been over 800$ . Thanks Barry.

    Reliance not taking responsibility

    have one year warranty left on my furnace which has been deemed unfixable and must be replaced.. my husband is having open heart surgery in just a few days and reliance will not take responsibility.. they want us to sign a new 7 year contract.. in order to replace a furnace that is their responsibility. Reliance you need to step up and do the right thing if my husband gets sick from the freezing cold in our house and the surgery has to get cancelled this will become any even bigger situation for you

    Furnace install

    Steve was great to deal with on the sales side and install team was great, Very Happy with Reliance.
