Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

I have had problem with my air conditioning for a year now. Have had Reliance out a lot to fix the problem. After a lot of frustration had 2 young men out today Thursday August 25 2016 David C (BEA 0836) and David O (BEA1685) work started at 7:00 a.m. and finished at 3:30 p.m. After a lot of work my air is finally working and the cold air is flowing. These young men were very courteous and worked diligently. They left everything very clean afterwards. I hope to enjoy the rest of this hot summer with the luxury of air conditioning.

I called reliance had only cool water. Bill callled me an hour or less later. Came over have a timed schedule, when to expect him. Finished the job....was an excellent customer service rep. From Reliance

Furnace & AC installed 11 months ago. AC failed after 3 months of use. Part ordered. 3 weeks elapsed. No part, no phone calls, combatative people answering the phone. Commercial promises next day installation. Salesperson no longer employed.

Would like to thank Chris and Lance for the great work and service they provided us while installing the new furnace and air conditioner. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Danny P did a great job removing a water tank and replacing with a vented tank. He was very professional and did the work in less time that I expected as he was working on his own. It was an especially challenging job given the cramped space he had to work with so overall we were very pleased with the job!

Starting with the Advisor, Amy, and ending with the two installers, my experience with Reliance was truly very positive. The turn around time was 24 hours. I felt that Amy was very honest and respectful of my knowledge or lack of it. She explain in detail the equipment, service and various payment and procurement options. She did what she said she was going to when she said she would do it. The service was great. The Installers were respectful of my home before, during and afterthe installation. they answered all questions and took time explaining how everything functioned and the care and maintenance required. Blake and Jocelyn responded quickly to repair a toilet. They were friendly and efficient, taking time to explain each step along the way. I was very impressed. Not cheap, but very good.

My water heater broke down and when i called Reliance they sent out a technician quickly. Wes C. came out and was calm and professional and was working for hours to identify and fix the problem... which he did:)

Victor Lee is really professional and patient. He could recommend a suitable plan and device plan for me according to my situation. Highly recommended and hoping to do business with him again! Thanks

Dave Mackie thoroughly checked out our A/C, changed a few settings to give us better air flow, and remove more moisture which will save us money on hydro. He was friendly and informative and really seemed to know the product well.
