Ian is very confident and professional and yet down to earth. He tought us some things and we felt real confident in knowing our system. He went above and beyond :)

Ryan Schrempf came to check over my air conditioner and I was totally pleased with his appearance and the way he spoke with us. Great service person and very pleasant. He got the job done, told me all that he had done. He most definitely rates a 10 on my scale

Our A/C had been making funny noises for the past few weeks, so we called reliance this morning and they sent Phil L (#950) this afternoon. Phil thoroughly checked out the unit and fixed what was making the noise. He was very efficient as well as very entertaining. Please send him again the next time we have a problem :)

Andre came out to fix my ac and discovered it was a electrical problem that isn't his expertise. He called a electrian and told him what to look for and he did and found the problem. It was something very simple that we both learned today and had the ac up and running with a simple thing like a fuse. He was very nice and respectable man that was determined to help me get the ac running. Thank you so much Andre for getting the ac running. If I ever had a problem again I would like to request him and would like to say that reliance got a great team of employees . Thank you reliance Tina pittman

We were very pleased with the service Markus and Bruce provided to us. They arrived on time were very knowledgeable and professional. They finished the job within time frame communicated and explained how to use new equipment. They made it a very good experience for us. Thank u Markus and Bruce!

Chris and Lance - Reliance employees - were on time, extremely knowledgable, informative, professional, and efficient. They did everything asked, explained along the way, and went out of their way to make sure I knew how things worked when they were done. Extremely satisfied with their work.

Called because my water tank was leaking. Had someone come that afternoon. Chad was wonderful. He fixed the problem, explained everything to me, and answered some of my questions!! Thanks again!

had Shane and mMrcel come in august 26 2016. they phoned before coming out. did their job efficiently, quietly and very professionally. cleaned up quickly and left things clean and tidy. I would recommend these young men to anyone

We had a leak in our furnace room - couldn't tell if it was water heater or furnace/air conditioner - started with water heater - hoped for small outcome - not water heater! Spoke to salesman Terry Warren who suggested we get another technician to review to verify whether furnace needed to be replaced along with A/C - Dave, the technician, said furnace was fine - yippee! Called Terry back and he returned the next day to quote the best A/C solution and that afternoon, Andrew and Mark arrived to install. The two of them did an amazing job - very professional - they obviously knew what they were doing. We had air conditioning that night and tempers cooled along with our house. I want to thank everyone at Reliance for everything they did for us from fast service to making sure we got the right solution at the best price.

Very professional and quick service from Jarred and the A/C installers Mike and Luciano were very friendly and efficient! My house is now nice and cool thanks to Reliance :)
