The technician that came to check my air conditioner was very much efficient and knew his job well. He was very much accommodating to all my questions regarding the problems/status of my unit. He has done a good job into attending to my air conditioner. The technician who serviced my air con is Mr. Dan Haley.

The service received from Gary ID 793 was excellent and professional. My concern is that the AC is only 1 1/2 years old, and already broke down. Very disappointed of the quality of the unit. AC was out since about 1 week ago. Who is the manufacturer? Now I am very concern about my rental contract. Louis

Met with Home Comfort Advisor, Rodney Wiens, from the Burlington office of Reliance Home Comfort, on Friday and he had a team (Bill S #1098 and Dan N #2097) here on Monday to action the job. They did a great job, cleaned up and efficiently installed and tested the new equipment. Could not ask for better service or nicer people to deal with. Thanks to Rod, Bill and Dan

i am so impressed with reliance service its unbelievable . i bought protection plan for furnace and a/c both time i called and tech came in few hours . one day i received call for protection plan for plumbing it cost 19.99 i just bought that too its really worth it i was having problem with drain tech came he took half an hour to fix all sinks for drain both technicians was very knowledgeable i will recommend to all my friends for reliance protection plan.

I had a full furnace and A/C replaced. Received exceptional service from the reliance service rep Jarred and the contractor installers Russ and Brian. The follow up and aftercare also exceeded expectations.

David the rep from Reliance came in and conducted an inspection for the best location of the tankless water heater. The job was subcontracted to DCB Mgmt. , Vimal Patal. We were told that they were very good, very reliable and all jobs that were done by them the customers were all very happy with their work. Everything we heard about them was true. Vimal called to let us know when they, ( he as his worker) were on their way, and arrived on time. They took away our old water heater, installed the tankless and left the work area very clean. I would definitely recommend DCB mgmt.

We were very satisfied with this technician. He was knowledgeable and professional; answered our questions and made sure we understood our tankless hot water system. He was able to answer our questions regarding options to this system and costs. He took time with us and did not rush which we appreciated.

We are new home owners and were looking to update our 10 years old hot water tank. I booked the apt. with Reliance online on Sun evening, and next day before noon their representative was already at our place (even though it was a civic holiday). We were lucky to deal with Heather Tait. Not only she explained everything regarding the product & service, but she also gave us some important tips about non-related items that she noticed while inspecting our house. The technicians who worked at our place were very professional as well. They removed the old tank and installed the new one within an hour (including the pipe upgrade). And I was really surprised by the fact that they brought the floor carpet, so once they were done they left no mess at all.
