We are new home owners and were looking to update our 10 years old hot water tank. I booked the apt. with Reliance online on Sun evening, and next day before noon their representative was already at our place (even though it was a civic holiday). We were lucky to deal with Heather Tait. Not only she explained everything regarding the product & service, but she also gave us some important tips about non-related items that she noticed while inspecting our house. The technicians who worked at our place were very professional as well. They removed the old tank and installed the new one within an hour (including the pipe upgrade). And I was really surprised by the fact that they brought the floor carpet, so once they were done they left no mess at all.

Brendan and Len were just great, treated my home with respect, answered my questions and were kind! Would recommend to my friends and neighbours. They were also very professional and fast!

A Reliance plumber named Phil fixed my sump pump & went above & beyond in terms of explaining the problem, conducting preventative maintenance, explaining weaknesses with that particular brand of pump & about how long it will last, & how to check if it is working well. He was very polite & knowledgeable, & answered all my questions patiently & cheerfully. He also did a great repair job. Great plumber!

My ac stopped working in 28 deg. Temp. , reliance had a tech on site in 2 hours. The unit was not repairable. He had a salesman at my house in a few hours in the late evening. Daniel and lance did the install the next day in the afternoon. these guys were awesome, they took the the time to explain everything about the new system and were very patient with my questions. Two thumbs up to the whole team. based on my experience I highly recommend using reliance.

Awful experience....have been pushed around from one department to another to fix the air conditioner for 3 WEEKS!!!!....with no resolution....and all this during peak summer when the temperature soared close to 40C. Seriously I would dump this service in a heart beat for any other company which cares for their customers. Hope someones listening....or is that too much to ask for. Am on monthly plan and would like to get out of this plan since I am paying for no service.

Ken was absolutely terrific. He went above and beyond to get my AC working again. Ken came over on Thursday to check out the AC but couldn't get it fixed because he needed some parts. the parts were ordered for Friday but the courrier messed up and didn't deliver them! I was gonna get stuck the whole weekend without AC!!! That's when Ken jumped into action... I live in Hamilton but he drove to Burlington, got the parts he needed, drove back and had it fixed within half hour... He's a dad too so he understood that with 2 kids myself, I need the AC going and wouldn't be able to survive the weekend without it. Can't say enough about this guy. He is truly top notch!!!

Our pilot light went out on our hot water tank. We could not ignite it. Called Reliance Home Comfort, as we have a warranty with them, and were told that they would have a technician out to us between 4 and 6 the same day. The technician, Jason Mitruk, arrived around 4:30 and was very friendly, completed his job in a timely manner and explained the problem and how he resolved it.

Robert Gregoris came promptly after I reported an issue with my new vented hot water tank. It had stopped working but I had also a complaint of a loud noise from the motor. Not only did he fix the problem but also fixed the noise that had been occurring from the motor of the new tank. Robert was the third technician here in less than a month and recognized why the noise was so loud. Thank you for being so efficient Robert!

Great service from start to finish. From Brian coming out to provide product and service information to work completion done by Mike, Luciano and Anthony. Brian was able to answer all my questions and followed up on the service afterwards to see if I was satisfied. The work crew were professional and did a great effort at keeping the mess to a minimum. Luciano took the time to walk me through my new Nest system to make sure I was comfortable using it. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks so much!

The furnace fan on our rental property needed replacement. The technician ordered the parts on Monday and promised delivery Tuesday. The parts never arrived. After many phone calls we were unable to find out what happened to the parts. The technician finally called us and told us that the parts would be delivered Wednesday and they did arrive late that afternoon. The technician installed them Thursday morning. We give 5 stars to the technician for his helpfulness and quality of work but we're not impressed with the service level overall given that our tenants had no A/C for 2 extra days during a heat wave. heat wave.
