Reliancehomecomfort assigned the installation to FUSION. Jason and Robin expertly installed the equipment. They were very polite and willing to address all my concerns as to the location of vent pipes and the position of the AC unit. They made useful suggestions based on their experience and expertise. They even quickly corrected a small but annoying problem that I've had with the duct work attached nearest the furnace. They left a clean work space. Excellent servie.

Bill 1098 and Dan 2097 were very helpful and prompt with their job. They explained everything efficiently and in a manner that was understandable. It was a stress free experience thanks to the employees.

I decided to go with Reliance for our new AC and Furnace. reliance had a great promotion on at the time that I was thrilled to take advantage of to suite our needs. Within 3 days of their initial visit to assess our situation we had a new set-up up and running. Bruce and his partner were professional, prompt, neat and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything we needed to know to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks guys!

Very disappointed. I had a Service Call for my furnace on Saturday, they called and said they won't be able to make it. I was totally fine with that as they said they were really busy and needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day, I stayed home waiting for them, no one came and no one even had the courtesy to call me letting me know they can't make it. Extremely disappointed with the service, not too professional.

Technicians worked quickly and efficiently, and left the installation areas tidy. Techs were friendly and courteous, and explained each aspect of the installation as well as the operation of the unit, installation of the upgraded breaker in the panel and the new thermostat. Overall, an excellent job done.

Great job! Excellent service. Arrived on time and found the issue and repaired it quickly. Fixed on a Sunday. This was a rental tank therefore did not cost to have it repaired. Thanks.

Overall service was very good. Broken hot water heater was reported in theevening and it did take until the next afternoon for the repair man to come but Jason Mitruk was pleasant and professional and intensified problem right away and fixed it in about 20 minutes and it is working well. Thank you!

We recently signed up to lease a new A/C and furnace with Rodney Wiens at Reliance Home Comfort. We were very happy with the service we were provided. Rodney has continue to answer all of our questions and helped us get the maximum rebates we are eligible for. We are very happy!

The replacement was carried out by Aires Cooling and Heating. They were patient explaining stuff to me, extremely courteous and obviously highly skilled. The torrential rain storm we had provided a challenge but did not inhibit these guys. Outstanding work. Bob
