I was extremely pleased with the service provided today during the annual inspection of the furnace and air conditioner covered by a protection plan. Rob Gregoris paid close attention to the detail and made suggestions that will help resolve some of the problems I'm encountering with the furnace in a small, older home. He helped by clearing away a dead mouse and washing the outside air conditioner unit. It was excellent service and congratulations to Rob for a job well-done.

I call Monday morning for service, as I don't have any hot water. They book me an appointment between 1-5pm, show up at 9pm. I still do not have hot water today is Wednesday, I make another appointment this morning, for sometime between 10-2pm. Now they call to push back my appointment later. I'm livid, I'm in desperate need of a shower with hot water. This lack of service is so frustrating. Not impressed!

We had Daniel and lance come to the house at the time they said they would. They had the courtesy to phone first. They were very professional and friendly and commenced work immediately. After the job was done they cleaned up and the install was very neat. They did excellent work and worked very well together.

I got a fast and good quote from Kelly, in the heatwave! The service was booked right away and Mike Gooseny and Luciano Lavoie arrived in a torrential rain storm. They replaced the furnace and AC quickly and efficiently. They kept the house clean despite the mud outside! It was a GREAT experience, no surprises!

Dustin came for the consultation one day after my inquiry. He was prompt, very courteous and knowlegable. Would not hesitate to recommend him. The installation was great! The installers were on time and very professional

The guy Ahsan Rauf and his partner from Saagar Mistry did today an installation of water heater at my home. They did a very good job - perfect installation, everything is clean, stable. Install crew TASA AIR RCSSA015 Thank you so much. Boris.

I had purchased and installed furnace plus AC with Reliance end of January of 2015. The first summer as I turned the AC on, it did not work,there was no cool air. So I called Reliance and they had sent out a tech on the following day, not the same day, because of course they don't care for our comfort..they should really change their logo! Anyways, the tech said the is a gas leak, so he fixed that and left, 2 weeks later it broke down again and this time no refrigerant, so tech fixed that, and then third time wiring issues apparently, and now the fourth time there is another leak..one technician had told me that well u really shouldn't install anything in the winter because they guys that installed it just wanted to get they Eco out of there so they did a really bad job! Anyways I called reliance so many times about this issue and they obviously don't care..one gentleman had actually said to me well it's not like this is the first time you've bought something and it broke..r u kidding me?wow!! Absolutely unacceptable service! Would never recommend u guys to neone!!!

The Install crew was very efficient, on time finish. They were very polite, and explain everything clearly. They covered the floor to prevent scratch on the floor and clean up after work.

The two plumbers introduced themselves at the door and understood the plumbing problems at the laundry basin. The taps and shut offs were replaced as well as a new sump pump was installed. It was time to have all these issues replaced after 20 years in the house. They explained the steps and parts needed while showing me the old rotting parts that were badly corroded. They were very polite and most efficient. The peace of mind that this will give me is priceless. Thank you to both plumbers.

We were having problems with our air conditioning unit. We called and Vince was there right away. We needed a new unit and we were offered different options. The staff was so helpful and the work was done quickly and expertly. Friendly people and took time to explain things and made us feel comfortable with our decision. Thanks reliance.
