I called for service on my air-conditioner on Monday, they came on Tuesday and Andre Dyer came with bad news, but gave me some ideas of what I might need. He got me in touch with Andrew McMaster and an appointment was set up right away that day. Air-conditioner was installed on Wednesday. Both Andre and Andrew supplied outstanding service, Andrew came by with the install and then called to follow up. I would definitely recommend both of them to my friends and others.

Last night my water tank stopped working and i called Reliance and they sent Wes. He was very informative and helpful and taught me a lot about what to look for such as maintenance for my furnace and water heater.

Service time was very slow. Took 2 days for them to arrive to begin work on the hot water tank. Had to phone 3 times and they kept pushing back the time. Even after i told them it was an emergency

We just had central air conditioning installed in our home. From signing of the contract to installation, it was 24 hours. This is outstanding. The crew (Fred and Rob) were professional polite and went above and beyond to ensure the system was installed, and working properly, and looked good, before they left late that evening. Thank you to them and the company, for this "cool" feeling.

install was great two young people where a pleasant and did good work was done in timely fashion and clean up after they where done ac works fine bring on the heat know thank you

Patrick from Reliance came to my house and suggested to me exactly what I would need to replace my old boiler which had become unsafe. And he took the time to explain the advantages of the new high efficiency system. Patrick arranged for speedy replacement of the old equipment which was a big job. His crew worked very efficiently and Patrick made arrangements directly with the home inspector for an energy audit so that I could recover some of the cost of the installation.

Great service from Rudie at Reliance. Very friendly and quick to diagnose problem and resolve. He thanked me for being a customer. Nice touch.. EVEN helped me mop up water from leakage.

One technician name Jorge came to fix a plumbing issue. His service is really great. I really appreciate his job. He handled issue professionally. I asked a plumber before I have a plan. That plumber told me that this is half day job and he need to find time. But this guy did this in 15 minutes.

Jerry Northwest came to my house to repair a leak that was coming from furnace. He arrived on time and identify the issue within 5min of being there. He was able to repair the problem with out having to order parts. Good job Jerry keep up the good work.

We were extremely pleased with our Reliance experience...from Leena at the house, she was amazing!! To Tim & Allan the installers, they did a great job to Joe for the audit, very professional!! Great time!
