Work was done quickly, next day appointment. Andrew McMaster was honest, told me the system I needed, didn't play games or try to up sell for no reason. Great job! Now I feel cool!

My wife and I, recently purchased an AC from Reliance after hearing so many good reviews from them. I could not believe how easy it was, to get Bill to come in and give us a quote and next day we had the AC running. Reliance sent us James L. and Dan S. to do the installation and they were so attentive and helpful, and not to mention, knowledgeably. They did a marvellous job with the installation and also explaining to us how it works and more. Good job guys. You all deserve a star. Ivo and Sandra

Jason Mitruk was my technician today. I was anxious to get the hot water tank repaired before the family vacation next week. Jason showed up on time and fixed the issue within seconds! Great job!

When I contacted Reliance, it was because my biggest complaint was that the distribution of heat/cold was terrible. When Scott came for the appointment I also explained that. His immediate response was to look at the furnace. He then informed that the furnace was outdated with old technology. Then we went and looked at the AC. He informed me that it was too small a unit for the size of my house. He explained that a new furnace and new AC unit was what I needed to solve my concerns. The thermostat is set at 21.5 degree celsius. The lower level (not the basement) is 19 degree celsius. the main floor is 24 degree celsius and upstairs is 25 degree celsius. These new units have done nothing to alleviate the distribution of heat/cold. The only benefit so far is that the units are quiet. What is my next step?

Are air conditioner broke down on July 22/16 we called Reliance on July 23rd and had a rep come see us on July 25 and Air Conditioner installed on July 27th/16. Very happy with the service and the installation of the Air Conditioner. Would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for the quick response . Thank you again Wasaga Beach

We decided to choose Reliance on a referral and was impressed with the quality of product, the sales guy and the installation people. Also impressed with the quick instal date. Very reasonable even based on Costco products. I have already had one other friend use this company with similar results.

My hot water it was not working... So frustrated taking cold showers are not fun ... I hated it ... Is fix now and I feel like a won a million dollars. And is all from Reliance Water heater installers ARASH SETAYESH you are good in your job , very professional and make my hot water to work ... No words can express my gratitude to him to the company because RElIANCE is the best

We had no choice but to buy a new air conditioner as our old one stopped cooling in mid July. We opted to replace the furnace as well because it was at the end of its life. Frank from Sales at Reliance did a good job covering our options and making sure we understood what each entailed. He understood the urgency, arranged Saturday install, and even bought us a fan. The service done by Tasa Air [RCSSA015] was exemplary. Ahsan was the lead. His conduct was respectful, professional, friendly and very thorough. He stayed on site even when we left for several hours to escape the heat! He reconstructed the ductwork and managed wiring and gas fitting with care. This is a guy who takes pride in his work and doesn't whine about having to do a hard job. Thank you, Ahsan.
