We just purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. I can't say enough GREAT things about Reliance Home Comfort Sudbury. The Sales Manager Michael gave us great service and pricing. Henry our sales representative was knowledgeable and thorough and our installers Chris and Matt were OUTSTANDING! This is not the first time we have dealt with Reliance. We have ALWAYS had quick response to our service calls, even on a holiday weekend.

Had Phil a tech come in and repair damaged air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and knew his job in and out. He gave both my wife and I tips on energy savings and was thoughtful and pleasant to deal with. xxxxx Five stars Phil

Markus & Bruce did an excellent job on the installation of my new heating & air conditioning equipment. They also explained the operation of my furnace and air conditioner very well so I could understand.

Many thanks to Lori Olejnik for the prompt sales visit, and arranging a quick and courteous install from 2 very professional installers. Would definitely recommend Reliance for service, professionalism, and followup.

We'd had a bad run-in with DIAL4VENTS company regarding cleaning our vents, he did damage to my vents to furnace and threatened me. I called police and they took a report, I called Reliance and they came to do the repair, I was pleased to see a female first of all and she was very professional and knew what she was doing!!! Kristin G # 1455 in our minds is great at what she does, explained everything to a tee. The police person I'm dealing with in this regard is also a female, something as a woman I'm very pleased to see!!!!

Great service. Clean and efficient. They came in to complete service between the scheduled time. They were able to remove old system and make some adjustments to accommodate the new unit.

Both Bruce & Marcus were professional & courteous. Provided information & instruction for the equipment installed and answered all questions. I am extremely happy with my new furnace and AC.

Thank goodness for a knowledgeable service tech like Derek P who is diligent and professional at diagnosing our a/c problem. It took him only a few minutes to establish and corrected the defective switch. As opposed to the first tech that Reliance sent 4 days earlier, who has been with the company for only 6 months and mis-diagnosed the problem with the a/c unit. He said he had to order a fan motor for the compressor which will take a few days because he said Reliance doesn't carry the part in stock. This occurred during the hottest part of last week and hence we had to wait and suffer a few days before Derek came along and fixed the issue. If all techs are like Derek I will have no problem recommending Reliance to any friends and family of mine. My a/c and heating unit was only installed in Feb 2014 and hence I can count in both hands the number of times we have had the a/c on since then. The heating system is great and I hope it will give us many years of trouble free comfort.

Our Salesman Terry Warren from Reliance was extremely professional and honest. On the day of Installation (2 days after meeting with Terry!! Super Quick!!) Installer Team including, Roger and Trevor where quick, clean and professional. They took the time to explain our new unit and weren't rushed. We couldn't be happier. Thanks!!

Adam Walker from Reliance did a great job repairing my furnace. He did not try and sell me any thing he repaired my faulty motor and explained the whole process to me during the repairs. Great Job. Jay
