Appointment for eqipment installation was scheduled shortly after the company representative (Pamela) visited us. Sep and his crew showed up on time. The work was done professionally. They cleaned everything up afterwards. We are fully satisfied with the new equipment and service provided.

Andrew McMaster and Andre Dyer were very understanding and up stood my immediate needs. Andrew was honest and sold us exactly what we need and explain very throughly the benefits and features.Reliance should be very lucky to have employees like you both. GREAT JOB

My experience with Reliance was unbelievable. From consultation (by Jordan), to the install (by Adam and Keith), it was done professionally, quickly and even better than I expected. The final product and service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone looking to have an AC installed. My home and yard were left in the same condition it started in, and everything was clearly explained and demonstrated to me before they left. Worth every penny!!

Our air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave, of course. Chris came the same day I called, figured out the problem, was very knowledgable and helpful and got it fixed! It was a really great experience.

We just purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. I can't say enough GREAT things about Reliance Home Comfort Sudbury. The Sales Manager Michael gave us great service and pricing. Henry our sales representative was knowledgeable and thorough and our installers Chris and Matt were OUTSTANDING! This is not the first time we have dealt with Reliance. We have ALWAYS had quick response to our service calls, even on a holiday weekend.
