Central air stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year. They were extremely busy but I managed to get an appointment the next morning. They call before they come to give you a "heads up" . Less then 20 minutes he had it fixed. Was only a broken part and because I have their protection plan it only cost me $100 to have the diagnostic done nothing for the labour or the part.

Had no hot water last Saturday. Called Reliance, got through to an agent right away. They told me there would be a technician at the door in 30 minutes, he was there in 20. Found the problem right away, and we had hot water again. Time from initial phone call to having problem solved? Under an hour. I call that pretty good service for a Saturday. And zero cost for parts and labour. Very pleased with Reliance's response.

Vince chambers was a very knowledgable representative . Installation was quick and very clean. I am very pleased with the service from beginning to end. This hot flashing woman is very satisfied and relieved . Thank you Vince.

Jesse Robertson showed up on time and did a great job at changing my a coil in no time . Air conditioner is working better then ever he cleaned up after he he was finished, very nice to talk to told you every thing he was doing thanks Reliance

We had a furnace and a/c unit installed approx 8 years ago. It was a nightmare,rude servicemen at 1st. The company sent a new crew to finish the job and had a supervisor come to the door a few times to follow up. Yearly service calls again were not great almost always they never brought filters that are suppose to be supplied. Fast forward to today we held our breath when we had to have a service call for a broken ac. But the service guy was great friendly knowledgable, called before he came and had it fixed in 5mins. RAG. C thank you for making what we figred would be another nigtmare into a great day.

Replaced central air conditioner for my small Ottawa bungalow in late May. Reliance was very prompt and professional. Trinden and Dustin were quick in removing the old central air conditioner and installing a new one. Highly recommend.

Over the last month, my hot water pressure has been very low, and decreasing. I called Reliance Home Comfort on Wednesday and they provided a technician to visit my home in under 24 hours, and at a reservation window at my convenience. Brad Peck, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and corrected my problem in under 30 minutes from ringing my doorbell. Brad also gave me a quick review on how best to operate the tank controls. Excellent hot water and great pressure. Great result. Note - I rent the water heater, therefore no cost for service.

Furnace was 10yrs old, AC was 30+ , so now have new units , only 20 dollars more à month. Tech (Phil Latour)was excellent, was shown things no one has , would recommend him to anyone, sales rep. George Clements was professional as well

The installation of our air conditioner unit in our basement was a complex one. The Reliance team sent to do the work were very professional, wasted no time in finding the solution and explained the work before hand that had to be done. They were serious, courteous and took the time to answer our questions. It was evident Yens and Matt worked efficiently as a team. Best of all, holes in the ceiling were covered and the whole area was left spotless! Thanks for the great work.

I phoned Reliance for service after 5 pm due to no/only warm water . A serviceman arrived within a short time & not only repaired and replaced necessary parts as well as answering my questions in a courteous, knowledgeable manner. Tony Diprospero was a very organized, courteous, & knowledgeable serviceman who is a credit to your company & should be recognized for his work ethics.
