Mike M. and Rob D. installed a new furnace and ac today and they were excellent. They were friendly, thorough and did a great job. I would highly recommend Reliance.

My service experience was consistently excellent from my first contact. The call centre representative was helpful and set a service technician appointment for the same day. Unfortunately a replacement was recommended but the technician explained why and the follow-up was beyond my expectations. Amy, my Home Comfort Advisor came out the next day to evaluate our needs and educate me on our options. The installation team (Len & Brendan) arrived on time the next day with all required tools and equipment to complete the job. They worked exceptionally hard, were friendly and provided status updates throughout the day as they competed the job. They left each of the areas in which they worked cleaner than when they came. I would highly recommend Reliance for their service and am looking forward to enjoying my AC tonight.

Had new rental air and furnace installed on 30 June. That night at 12.30 am. the air conditioner was making an unbearable noise. Sent an email at 12.40 am. By 8 am. on CANADA DAY, M was at my door and worked for a couple of hours, solved the problem. Then on 7 July I informed that I did not have the promised wifi function. M drove to Hamilton (Burlington did not have any), drove back and installed it. He sat with me at my computer to set everything. He really was fantastic. His Employee # is RCH1763

I am very please with Andre Dyer who fixed my hot water tank a couple of days ago, he is very professional and a polite young man. Thumbs up for him!

Great sales and service from your company, from beginning to end and service guys were terrific. would recommend and use again. All work was done and completed in one day and neat and tidy. and spent one half hour explaining how system works.

booked an appt for service ....arrived around 11 am...he did not have the part in his truck....had part perolated 2 hrs later and then he returned at 2 pm....the part they sent was incorrect so he drove to barrie for the part and returned and installed it after 4 pm. We have electric heat in our house & because of the size of the house have had many professionals advise that it really not be cost effective to spend the money to change to another heating/cooling source, but we were looking for a more cost effective cooling system other than our window air conditioner. We contacted Reliance Home Comfort and our salesman, Robert Smith, could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, low pressure and really took the time to answer our questions. He also explained exactly how the installation process would go and it went exactly as he described and the system is performing exactly how he described as well. It is a great system - keeps our entire house at a very comfortable and even temperature, runs very quite on all settings. The installers were very professional, neat and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction

We didn't have hot water for a night and Reliance came to help in the morning. We'll be recommending Reliance, especially their technician Austyn Mitchell, to everyone! Fast, efficient and friendly service by a smart young man! Thanks again, Barbara and Adam

We bought the AC unit and on May 27 and installed on June 5, the AC unit works great and installation is smooth. I would've given the company 10 stars but after the horrible aftersales experience with the sale man who we bought the AC from, I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. We have two problems after the installation which is not related to the AC unit itself. One problem is the $400 rebate application, it got declined because the serial number of the unit that Reliance submitted is duplicated or has been used, another problem is that the contractor forgot to install the themostat on the installation day (we have an old one is in use, they suppose install a new one to replace it). I have contacted the salesman that we bough the AC from many times and he always give us the same answer that he has already contacted rebate department and installation department and will get back to us when he hears anything. However it has been almost a month and NOTHING was done to resolve the problems. When I fed up with his attitude and demanded a real answer and he told me " sometimes we need to wait for an answer"! It is very unprofessional the way he treated us and I wouldn't never buy anything from him if knew this would happen. I am not picky person and I thought these couple problems (which wasn't even my fault) could be fixed in no time but the outcome is vey disappointing. The AC unit from the Reliance is great and I wish I could give the company 10 stars but I just can't after this experience with the salesman. By the way, the salesman frist name is Chon Houi, I hope you treat you next customer better than the way you treated us.

My a/c unit needed replaced - the compressor was broken. I called reliance and Momo, the rep was awesome - very attentive and caring. The best thing? I got a new A/C unit THE NEXT DAY!!! The installation was quick, trouble free and installers take the time to show you how to program thermostat and maintain the unit in its best condition. Great service, prompt attention - no hassles - I have always been very happy with Reliance for boiler as well
