Tim was friendly and helpful with questions. When there was a service call made immediately after installation the Thunder Bay staff responded in a timely fashion and we appreciated the follow up the next day.

Ken, the technician, removed our old water heater, installed a new one, replaced the venting to bring it up to code, cleaned the entire area as good as it was before he came and did it all in less than half a day all by himself. He had also put carpet down and wore over boots to eliminate any mess to our floors. He was very informative about the equipment, how we should proceed if we needed to make any changes to it and proved to be a real professional in this industry and an excellent representative of Reliance Home Comfort.

Purchased a house with a 40gallon conventional water heater, did not want to continue contract, called 6 weeks in advanced to inform them of this. found out im binded by the contract i did not sign, ontop of the fact the original home owner signed a contract with a company that no longer exists that was bought by Reliance. My contract only expires if it breaks beyond repair no timw limit or i pay 1400$ + tax. Twice the cost of a new one and the water heater is 5 years old. 'Advisor' refuses to let me speak to a manager. Managers will not call me, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Avoid Reiance!

Mark Cooper came and fixed my hot water heater. The service was fast, flawless and very convenient. Mark was an honest and very helpful guy. I would highly recommend this technician

Andrew McMaster was awesome, because of his great customer service I would definitely refer him everyone i come in contact with that needs any services he provides. He's very helpful and his personality is awesome.

Service technician, Wes was personable, professional and courteous, and explained why certain safety changes to exhaust system for water heater had to be done. a great technician. Cleaned up site very well.

I am on the Reliance plan that provides for free inspections of my furnace and air conditioning units. Joe Varrette was the technician assigned to inspect my AC, and I wish there were enough superlatives in the English language to describe both Joe and the work he did. Joe was courteous, efficient and professional and did a great job, even going above and beyond his "job" and leveling my unit. I have always been satisfied with Reliance's service. Now I am beyond satisfied, I am delighted! For any future maintenance and/or inspection I require, I will specifically ask for Joe Varrette to be the technician assigned. Thank you Reliance and thank you Joe!

Great installation.quick clean and professional by team. Very knowledgeable sales team. Good warranty and communication. Reasonable financing with options discussed. Accommodated our schedules and installed quickly without inconvenience to family.

Andre was extremely helpful as we had issues with our A/C unit. Andre explained to my family and I exactly what the issue was and assured us that there was nothing to be worried about. He was very patient and made himself very available by giving us his contact number and let us know that we could call him at any time. We loved the service we have received from Andre. Your employee, Shawn, provided what I consider to be remarkably great service in this era of poor customer service. He was personable, knowledgeable , efficient , and addressed all of my concerns to completely render my total satisfaction. I do not believe that I could have received any better service from anyone than what he provided.He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns unquestionably.
