Replacement of Air/Furnace/Water
I had all 3 pieces replaced. I was originally told I could put in a tankless water tank by sales. This couldn't work so I had to replace my existing with another water tank. Funny how the price did not drop from tankless to a standard especially when I was told it was a more expensive unit. The work was scheduled for June 9 possibly the 10 if needed. I received a call from sales on the 9 saying they will not be coming until the 10. (A wasted holiday from work). Work completed on the 10. Morning of the 12 I was hearing noises from the room. I investigated to find water everywhere. I called someone came in later that day and did whatever and said it should be fine now. Morning of the 13 guess what water all over again. I called again and the individual said that the air unit was not in balance and the slop was going the wrong way. He said it was a bad job and he was escalating this. Later that day a senior tech person came by and he found other things wrong. However he explained things to me compared to everyone else. I tried to reach sales but not returning my calls I wonder why........(typical sales once signed not their problem any more). This individual stated he is coming back tonight and hopefully he will be able to fix this issue. The sole reason for me in doing this was because in the complex i am in the water tanks have started to leak and cause major damage to the owners and neighbours units. I did not want that happening, but I wasn't expecting this. There is a lot of explaining that needs to take place. I have wasted 2 days of vacation plus all the time i have had to stick around and wait for things to get fixed. This is not a good start. Regards Chris
