Your employee, Shawn, provided what I consider to be remarkably great service in this era of poor customer service. He was personable, knowledgeable , efficient , and addressed all of my concerns to completely render my total satisfaction. I do not believe that I could have received any better service from anyone than what he provided.He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns unquestionably. I was so impressed with his service that I send kudos to Reliance for having such a wonderful employee as him. Thank you Shawn for going the extra mile .

I had all 3 pieces replaced. I was originally told I could put in a tankless water tank by sales. This couldn't work so I had to replace my existing with another water tank. Funny how the price did not drop from tankless to a standard especially when I was told it was a more expensive unit. The work was scheduled for June 9 possibly the 10 if needed. I received a call from sales on the 9 saying they will not be coming until the 10. (A wasted holiday from work). Work completed on the 10. Morning of the 12 I was hearing noises from the room. I investigated to find water everywhere. I called someone came in later that day and did whatever and said it should be fine now. Morning of the 13 guess what water all over again. I called again and the individual said that the air unit was not in balance and the slop was going the wrong way. He said it was a bad job and he was escalating this. Later that day a senior tech person came by and he found other things wrong. However he explained things to me compared to everyone else. I tried to reach sales but not returning my calls I wonder why........(typical sales once signed not their problem any more). This individual stated he is coming back tonight and hopefully he will be able to fix this issue. The sole reason for me in doing this was because in the complex i am in the water tanks have started to leak and cause major damage to the owners and neighbours units. I did not want that happening, but I wasn't expecting this. There is a lot of explaining that needs to take place. I have wasted 2 days of vacation plus all the time i have had to stick around and wait for things to get fixed. This is not a good start. Regards Chris

Great service, fast and well executed. Requested a consultation on Sunday, meeting was on Monday, furnace and A/C installed on Tuesday. Installation was 8am to 3pm exactly the period promised. Removed all old equipment, installed and tested new equipment and reviewed operation with me before they left.

We used reliance because good reviews was made, and that is so true , My husband and i had the pleasure of working with Andrew McMaster to purchase this unit , Andrew was very professional and answer all our concerns once the process was over , he made an appointment for us to get the unit next day and to his own / the unit was installed the next . Thanks Andrew a job well done!

Joe Varrette was a very polite and service our hot water heater. We were satisfied with our experience. He was through and appeared to be professional. This company should value Joe as a great employee.

I have registered for a monthly plan with Reliance Home Comfort at ~ 30/month in Burlington, Ontario for both furnace and air-conditioning systems. Our house is about 10 years old and we moved in more four years ago. I never did any maintenance/clean up to the systems. I called and made an appointment .... annul maintenance which is offered free once a year by Reliance. They send us a technical specialist person, Peter. He called and came on time and performed a very good job as following: He cleaned up the furnace-thermostat and checked all the wiring precisely.... everything worked well with the furnace. However, the air-conditioning system turned on and off repeatedly due to some leakage. Peter spent around three and half hours to locate and fix the leakage and refilled the refrigerant until everything worked well with air-conditioning, too. We highly recommend Reliance Comfort Plan for those owners who want to have a great air conditioning during the summer and winter.

I had an A/C system installed 2 wks ago...from day one, it leaked in my basement from the coil unit causing puddling and the unit outside made a loud rattling/vibrating noise waking us up in the night. I called to complain..took 1 weeks for tech to come out...the issue is still not resolved, a service mgr was to call me still haven't received a call and nothing has been done yet. I called again (6th time) I was promised to get a call back same day (last Friday) nothing to date....brutal service!!!! I will have them come take the system back and I'm going to someone else! Unacceptable!

Service guy Tom was great. He provided lots of information regarding furnace, ac and water heater including prices regarding purchase and rentals. Also provided recommendations for energy audit and helped to set it up

The water heater and vent pipe were old and damaged. When Joe the technician arrived he explained what he needed to do and promptly got to work. He was courteous and professional. He did a good job and cleaned up when he was done. I am pleased with the work he did and the way he did it. Brantford N3T 3P8

Windy weather blew out our pilot light on hot water heater. With a new baby, we appreciated the fast service in both resetting and contacting us to set up appointment. Thank you Scott for great rapport and timely service.
