    Service call hot water tank

    Rep was courteous and friendly. Work completed quickly and would definitely recommend Reliance to family and friends.

    Matt installed my smart home products. Excellent

    Matt called and gave me a 15 min heads up for his arrival. He then installed my iprotect. I mentioned that I should call in for service for one of my cameras. And he insisted that he complete this task while he was here. It took him about 10 mins. Matt went over and above his duty. And we are so appreciative.

    Service tech was on time and aware of nature of problem no repair required: email notification was due to timing.

    New Furnace, humidifier and thermostat Adam and

    Adam and Amin were amazing. Great job, 100% professional, went above and beyond. Arrived right on time and were very careful about cleanliness

    Service call

    Got a work order and quote Appointment altogether happened very quickly and technician was very friendly with my daughter I did not pay it was part of protection plan

    Poor service

    Called for reporting no heat from furnace. Customer service was not helpful and unsympathetic to the situation. Its December and we have no heat. She said she could get someone in the next afternoon- so we freeze tonight. Switching providers ASAP

    Heating of water in hot water tank.

    Re: Reliance rental hot water tank. The house is a new build 1 yr and 6 mths. No hot water was coming out of the hot water tank. Nathan the Reliance technician discovered the wires had gotten disconnected, and re-connected them. The hot water is now working.

    Super Service!!

    From James, the technician, Majid in sales and the install team, I had a tremendously satisfying experience with the installation of my new furnace and A/C units. They were all punctual, knowledgeable, informative and cooperative. It's rare to receive such amazing service these days, especially from three separate departments so I'm grateful and would highly recommend Reliance. Cheers!!
