    Nino was excellent

    Nino was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer questions and explain things. I came out of this purchase not only with the piece of hardware requested but also and more importantly, smarter and more knowledgeable about how my home comfort products work in my house

    Heating maintenance

    Ruel showed up on time within the 4 hour window, he let me know he was on his way, he was informative, professional and took time to explain certain components. He also provided tips to improve heating efficiency. And the best part was he did not try to upsell or become a salesman man unnecessarily. Thank you, Ruel for your honest workmanship.

    Installation of GeneralAir Humidifier

    Furnace service and cleaning

    Scott from Reliance (2487) was outstanding. He explained all the working parts and functions that was expected of our furnace, thermostat and other maintenance areas. He was extremely friendly and approachable in his dealings with our household. I mentioned that no other technician had explained the process and inner workings of the functionality of the furnace prior to this which was a welcome change. He obviously cares on the service he provides and contributed to an enjoyable interaction with us. Well done Scott. Reliance is lucky to have you employed with their company.

    HVAC rental lien on home

    Be aware that entering into a contract for rental of HVAC items will result in a lien on your home. Not just for the 7 years of said contract, but the duration this equipment is in your homeunless you buy it out at a very inflated rate. They are unable to provide me with documentation I signed agreeing to this.

    Im no was not happy all the serves was very but came to mybrack

    Break my heater and never cam back to fixing I never get money back but serves Im not recommending now there what me to pay to for work never make

    boiler purchase and installation

    I purchased a combi boiler unit through the reliance agent Gail who was very knowledgeable and helpful to pick the right one for me. The installer George and crew were very experienced and professional.
