I couldn't be more impressed! The sales rep Joel, and the servicemen Andrew and Len, exceeded our expectations with their prompt, courteous, and professional manner and work. Pleasure to deal with and looking forward to our newly installed air conditioner, furnace, and hot water heater providing us with years of efficient comfort. Thanks!

I thought to go ahead with the deal, but I was not told the size of AC compressor which was way bigger than standard size, and reliance big company also didn't came down for customer appreciation and for their fault to not mentioning huge size then normal one. So I had to cancel the deal... not much satisfied nor got proper reply or action from company end.

Made an appointment to have my furnace and A/C have it regular maintenance under my protection plan. Service tech Rob was awesome he took his time and really explained everything really well also gave me tip and advise on furnace filters, keeping the a/c clean really helpful.

We requested a service call regarding our plumbing and water heater had great and efficient service from Mitchell/plumber. He gave us recommendations and I was thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend him

Right from the first step this was a great experience, Mike Morphy our Home Comfort Advisor was was great. Friendly, relaxed and did a great job even with me hovering around asking question :) If we ever need Reliance to come in for anything I will be asking for Mike personally. Our Install went well, AC lines and electrical were flushed and checked to see if they could be reused and they were in great condition so no lines had to be puled, which was great because they would have had to cut into the finished ceiling to do it. I wasn't home for the install but they did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. Thanks Reliance for the great experience

Bill W & Wes R were out and installed a new rental furnace and air conditioning system in my home today. They showed up early and got right to work removing the old equipment in a professional manner. They worked in systematic fashion to install the new units neatly and the work site's both inside and outside of the house showed an organizational thought process. They took the time to explain certain parts of the installation process that we had questions about. All in all I ended up with a professional installation by a professional crew and I look forward to enjoying my new system.

A. Setayesh came within the scheduled time frame. He called before he arrived and was very polite and professional, even though it was around 8:00pm when he finished up. He was here because we had an issue with our hot water tank that we rent through Reliance Home Comfort.

Chris and Andrew were polite and cleaned up after themselves . They worked in a timely and instructed us in the use of the AC unit. Thank you for very much.

I am very happy with the recent installment of our new Furnace and Air-conditioner, as we could no longer get parts for our old one. My Husband and I decided to rent the unit as he is on a pension, it was awesome that this was available to us. Vince Chambers from Reliance explained every option we had, and was very knowledgeable of what would be the best for us, this made a huge decision easier( Thank you Vince ) From the installers, who were absolutely wonderful, ours were Kemp Mechanicals , to Vince from Reliance I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Booked online service appoint to have a noise in the HVAC system checked out. Andre called to inform me when he would show up (nice) and then showed up at that time (also nice). He listened to my explanation of the problem, checked out the equipment, made a diagnosis and recommended a plan of action. I was very satisfied with the appointment.
