    New Furnace and A/C Installation

    Awesome experience - from the salesperson to the installation guys at 72 Degrees Comfort Control. Professional, thorough and dedicated to doing the job perfectly. They all went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. So happy!!!

    Still waiting for water heater fix....

    Water heater broke down. Called the next morning and set up a service appointment between 4-8pm. Never showed up. Called again and was told they would come for sure before 11pm. Never showed up. Called again and was told that they're not coming. No decency to even let me know especially since I've been waiting for 7 hours. I had to bathe my kids at my in-laws house. The service is a joke. Very unprofessional. I'm looking for another company. I'm done.

    Air Conditioner / Furnace Installation

    My air conditioner broke on the hottest day so far this year..... wouldn't you know it. The unit was 16 years old so I guess that's about all you can expect. My experience with the installation team of Mike and Rob was excellent. The y were true pros, communicated well, started and finished at the times they said they would, and were very pleasant to have in the house all day. The sales and installation team was top notch. My only complaint was that a service call placed on Saturday did not result in a service call until Monday...so I had to ensure 80 degree temperatures in the house for 3 days. Yes, it was very unusual weather, but we had to know the hot weather was going to come eventually.

    new air conditioner and new furnance

    Derek and Dean where so polite, friendly, loved having them in my home, I trusted them completely when I went off to work. They explained everything to me and where very clean. I think they did an amazing job. Thanks so much Derek and Dean!!

    Service

    Mike the service man from Reliance came to inspect and clean my HVAC system. Mike was friendly and very profession. He went beyond the call of duty when he fixed a wiring problem I had with my new Nest Thermostat. ª"˜¨¨★ª"˜¨¨¯¯¨¨˜ª¤.¸`*•.¸*•.★☆☆PERFECT★5★STARS☆☆★.•*¸.•*´¸.¤ª˜¨¨¯¯¨¨˜"ª★¨¨˜"ª★

    Inept

    Our home is on Reliance monthly contract for servicing our heat and air. Our air conditioner broke two weeks ago. Hey said the part would come in three days. Two weeks later. We have called every day. They say they will call us back. Never ever have we received one phone call back. Even from their Resolution department. This company is not reliable at all. Switching companies.

    Water Heater

    We have had a service tech out to our house 4 times since Easter weekend. Twice in one weekend. And guess what. They are coming again tomorrow!! The hot water tank keeps shutting off. Wish we stayed with our old provider, no issues with there equipment in 7 years.

    Hot water tank repair

    I had fast and efficient service. Jason was very polite and kind. He explained what the problem was as he fixed it, and also took time to talk to me about other questions I had during the repair. He was knowledgable, friendly and very professional. I was very happy with the service.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Install

    Our furnace and AC rental/lease contract was almost up for renewal and given the trouble we'd had with the Rheem unit that Reliance installed 7 years ago, we didn't think buying it out would make sense. The Reliance sales guy was upfront about the fact that we didn't have much choice other than renew the lease with a new package (though he didn't pressure us into anything, we were up against the wall with this deal). However, given the peace of mind, we decided to enter into a new lease. Reliance did make it a good deal, with a lower monthly payment along with the last 6 months of the old lease written off. The installers (Mike Mans and Rob Dimatteo) we incidentally the same guys who did the original install. They showed up on schedule, worked diligently and with the least amount of disruption to our routine day. They finished before 3 PM and left our basement in the shape they found it in. Very good job and friendly folks to work with. I am not a big fan of leasing, and was fully prepared to buy out the old unit when the lease period was up. However, with the issues with the old unit, we didn't have a choice. I hope that this unit, as per their claim, is better than its predecessor and that I can buy it out after 7 years of this lease period. Regardless, Reliance has always been on the ball when it comes to service issues and never once did we have to spend a freezing or sweltering day inside the house due to lack of service from Reliance.

    Air Conditioner, Furnace, Water Heater

    I couldn't be more impressed! The sales rep Joel, and the servicemen Andrew and Len, exceeded our expectations with their prompt, courteous, and professional manner and work. Pleasure to deal with and looking forward to our newly installed air conditioner, furnace, and hot water heater providing us with years of efficient comfort. Thanks!
