Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13631)

Due to very poor support from local Reliance contractors, we refuse to have them in the house and now insist on a Reliance technician. We have had great service from their technicians, they seem to be well informed, and if they are not sure about something, they will call for advice. This time we had Jamie #0302 and he was awesome. Along with the overall service, he fixed the filter door, adjusted the humidifier's water control to save on water, and he used shoe covers.

We discovered a water leak in our Reliance water heater on Saturday morning. By later that day our water heater was fully functional. This service was exceptional. We have been a long time customer of Reliance for the past 15+ years and will continue with this rental. Thank you tech R. Knicely!!

I woke up this morning and had a cold shower. I called reliance and Phil was called out. I was not home from work yet and he was able to return to my home and switch out a part. Now I have my hot water. Thanks for the quick service and friendly service on a Saturday!

The service person P. Latour was most helpful in addressing my concern plus he located and readjusted some issues that were of concern to him. I am now comfortable in the work completed. I feel assured that the right things were done. MMP

Had a water heater leak all over my basement floor. Arranged a call and the tech guy was amazing. He called before time to ask the approx issue so he had all the potential parts to fix on the first call. He called to ask if he could come early and was there promptly. He was a total professional in his approach and very pleasant to deal with. Fixed the water heater in less than 15 mins, left the area clean and tidy. Also explained a few alternates i could use in my house. I was so impressed with his service and advice that i have an appt booked to install a water softener. I wish all repair people were like this gent. He is a great asset to Reliance. Well done Josh Wynne (ID 3030)

Tim Terpstar HVAC personal did the Annual maintenance of the Furnace and did an excellent job he gave addition valuable tips about my plumping and sump pumps . I am very happy with the Reliance company services and the service personal

When we arrived home today we found that we had not hot water. We phoned Reliance at about 6:00 pm. A friendly agent took our call and arranged for a Technician to be at our house between 7:00 and 11:00 pm. After we hung up we received an e:mail confirming our service appointment. This e:mail was great as we felt we would not be lost in a system. At 8:00 we received a call from the Service Technician (Christian J.) saying he would be at our house in 30 minutes. Sure enough as Christian had said he arrived at our house within 30 minutes. Christian was extremely polite and friendly. He immediately took his work boots off as he had to walk on our broadloom to get to the water heater. Once at the water heater, Christian explain our problem and had it resolve within minutes. This was one of the most friendly and efficient service call we have had from any Company. Thanks so much for this great service.

I am very impressed with the entire Reliance team. Our hot water tank shorted a day earlier, making for very cold morning showers, but a Reliance operator quickly scheduled a service call for a few hours later the same day. Ottavio Puim arrived on time and diagnosed the problem like a true pro. He was even able to carry on a friendly conversation while he quickly swapped out the gas control. Problem solved first time. I couldn't be more impressed with the service experience from start to finish, and my wife is very happy to have hot showers again. Thanks Ottavio and team!

We were very impressed with Kevin C and crew regarding removal of old system and installation of new equipment. He was here on time and work was completed very efficiently with the utmost care to our home. Cleanup was excellent and information given as to operation and maintenance of equipment was clear. Needless to say we are very pleased with the service of Kevin C and crew...he was very courteous and helpful. Thank you Kevin....The Thompsons It's been a few days and we noticed a very small drip where the water line is going into humidifier...called and service man Peter #5278 came early next morning and fixed it...very pleased with service and helpful advice when questioned about a few things...thanks Peter!

The service man Adam Walker was on time and professional . He found and fixed the problem. He arranged a appointment for a home care consultant . I was very happy with the service call.
