I made a call to Reliance yesterday to report low flow from the hot water tap. A technician arrived today and remedied the problem in short order and also explained what the issue was.

It started with a simple call to customer service to have someone come out to check on my water heater as there was an issue with my hot water. Steve came out to my home and was very informative and personable in no time the issue was fixed and within 1.5 hrs of calling. While Steve was working in conversation I mentioned that we currently do not have any A/C and find that there are usually cold spots in the upper floor of our home he recommend that we have his colleague Jeff R. come out and discuss what our options are before we make a decision. Jeff also did not disappoint he was very informative explained what the various options were and provided a recommendation, he also had Jerrod shadowing him as well and he too was great working as a team with Jeff. On installation day everything went smoothly the installer went through various was that I can maximize the heat raising to the upper floors and ongoing maintenance to ensure that I maximize the use of my new systems. Overall I received great service from Reliance and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We got home from work late in evening and water was at a trickle and no hot water existed. By 7:00 am I had a call, within 2 hours I had a new hot water heater. Josh, the technician, was informative, professional and courteous, answering all my questions and got us up and working efficiently. We greatly appreciated the promptness of Josh's work.

Reliance home comfort came through for me. Their salesperson was not quick, but thorough. He gave me a price I could afford, and a unit that was perfect for my needs. The installation was 2 days later. The installation crew Eric & Ryan of CJW HVAC were really very good. No fuss, no mess, no time wasted on a somewhat difficult job. I really appreciate the entire experience. Strongly recommend anyone looking for a similar product to give Reliance a call.

Installation of a new furnace and a/c. Work completed was amazing. All pipes, tubes and wires were tucked away nicely and out of the way. I actually gained more space in my furnace room. Explanation and test run of the unit blew my mind! It is so powerful! Everything was done to perfection, right down to the clean-up. Special thanks to Dan, Bill and Aaron who answered all my questions and kept me informed of each step of the installation process.

We are purchasing the home we are now renting and for insurance reasons we needed a tech to check pipes leading from rental water heater, Christian Janssens came and had a look and he said everything was to code, he was very polite, proffessinal and very informative

I would like to thank Chris and Andrew for their friendly and efficient service as they replaced my old furnace and air conditioner for new models. They were open to explain what they were doing and how things work whenever I asked them to, which I truly appreciate. Thanks to all involved in providing all the information I needed to choose a product I could feel comfortable and secure in purchasing.

We needed a New air conditioner for our home. Morgan helped us choose the right product and Trinden and Dustin Installed it fast, taking the time to install a New footing for the air conditioner with clean up after. Very pleased. John

Furnace at home broke down. We called Reliance to research new options. A Home Comfort Advisor visited us and helped us to decide our next step. We made an improvement in furnace and air conditioner system.

No charge part of service agreement plan. Called at 11:15 for service and technician showed up just after 1:30. Diagnosed the problem and completed the service within 15 minutes. Was courteous and respectful of property Service completed by Scott from Davis Air.
