I do not usually review services. however this company is worth telling prospective customers about. our furnace unexpectedly stopped working last month. I called Reliance home comfort. thanks to installation team (Ontario Blue). they were fast and professional. EB and Harry did a very efficient installation and took care to keep thing clean and tidy. I have already recommended Reliance to my Neighbors .

Our water heater was replaced in about an hour and a half. The service was excellent. The installation was quick. The installation was completed easily because there were no problems at all.

Tasa Air inc. is am amazing company. The service was very professional and reliable. Tal and Sagar are great team and the product was installed in the best way, clean and solid. Very recommending on this amazing team and will continue refer to them with any question and/or installation on any future appliance in my house. Great work!

Phil came to our house today to service our AC and furnace as part of our home care plan -- he was so patient with me and my husband, and explained what was going on with our equipment and how we could improve efficiency. Even my husband enjoyed talking to Phil and learning from him, and that is saying a lot! We really appreciated his honest and thorough assessment and all the work he did for us today! Great service!!

Been with Reliance for quite some time now and have never had any issues, placed a service call recently.. was pleasantly surprised by the service i received from technical (Wes) who was extremely informative and polite

The installation team(Hys and Rob) did a great job. A professional team doing quality work. That's what I expected and that is what I got. Glad to see it wasn't sub-contractors doing the job.

April 18th I got a new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater installed by Reliance Home Comfort, the team were very professional, they called before they came, was on time, and did an excellent job, they showed and explained how everything worked, and cleaned up before they leave, I want to thank ..Adam, Tom, Trevor, Gary and Brent, and Mike and Mahu, keep up the good work, I will recommend reliance home comfort to anyone.

My call for service was dealt with effectively, inside 2 hours of my contacting Reliance Home Comfort. The Technician was prompt, efficient and most patient in his description of the problem and the solution. This was service excellence at its best. Please thank JM on my behalf. NDC
