    Installation of new furnace,A/C,water heater and humidifier

    Salesman Dan Shepley did a great job in setting up our installation and upgrades at a very reasonable cost. Installers were very meticulous ,fast and worked very hard to complete same day installation. Again the overall experience was very good and much thanks to Dan for all his efforts. We have been customers with Reliance since their inception with no problems and service has been excellent.

    Furnace replacement

    We had our hot water heating system replaced as it was over 30 years old and leaking gas and CO2. Also, the hot water heater was faulty causing the original problem. They replaced everything with new state of the art equipment. It is a much more compact system. The sales rep Mike S. was very professional and made us feel very confident as he kept working to get us the best value for our dollar. The work was completed the next day and the two young men who did the work were very efficient, and professional, finishing in one day with no mess. We are very pleased with the job, and we have more space in the furnace room.

    Hot water tank repair

    Great service! Friendly, honest and easy to talk to. The service tech came in diagnosed the problem and it was fixed right away. Great company! Felixable hours and great customer service. Very happy.

    Water heater

    Just I have to say : Please be very careful when you purchase something from Reliance. Sales guys tell you something and you will see many differences while receive your bill. I will never purchase anything from this company.

    Quarterly maintenance on furnace, air conditioner and water heater

    Paul W #2060 visited my home to conduct maintanence and he was so helpful and polite. I found him to be efficient and he showed me the proper way to use my thermostat. I would highly recommend someone to take out the maintenance package with Reliance to have peace of mind, Paul W #2060 is an excellent company front man...........RC

    Furnace maintenace

    Very professional technician, call before arriving and get all the reviews with my thermostat, replace filters and remains me how important is to write down the day of the filters installation and know when I have to replace them and also test the furnace to make sure is running properly, all these was done in a very reasonable time, leave the place clean.

    Brand New Furnace and Airconditioning

    Our Technician, was very pleasant polite and gave us both a lot of information, that we did not know about....His name was Jason teamber 1342 and I would highly recommend Jason to any of our friends and relatives in the near future......so cannot thank him enough for taking the time to listen to our problem with our Furnace...... thanks again Jason.........Mrs May and Bob Kerr London Ontario........

    Customer Service

    I had a faulty flame sensor in my hot water tank meaning I only had warm water at best. Called customer service and was treated with the utmost respect and appreciation for my business. Same day service (they sent a repairman from Hamilton to Niagara Falls) saw my hot water restored within four hours of my call. Not only was the customer service support great but so was the repairman. Very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. Very happy customer.

    Water Softener installation

    We decided to purchase a water softening unit for our home and decided to go with Reliance as we were already a client. Booking my appt was quick and easy and got my first requested appt without issue. Andrew arrived a little early and went through the installation in great detail. Answered all my questions and scheduled the installation without issue. All the forms were electronic and emailed to me realtime. Unit arrived on the day scheduled and installers were professional and did a fantastic job. Very happy with my entire purchase experience. Thanks to Andrew and the Reliance team!

    Reliance customer service is terrible

    They call you trying to get you to sign up for additional services. They won't cancel your account unless you send an email. They hung up on me randomly (I'm not aggressive to people on the phone as I worked at a cell centre before). I wasn't asking for much. I just didn't trust them with my email due to the phone spam I received from them.
