Amazing service by an expert plumber. punctual and reliable company. the plumber gave the right advise, changed the parts and solved all the plumbing issues in the house. Very impressed with Reliance home services. would recommend to everyone.

In January 2016, my furnace stopped working. After much consultation with Feddie Osman (an amazing sales rep), we decided to replace both the furnace and the central air unit, given the AC unit was very old and likely to stop working in the near-term anyway. The furnace install went very smoothly. The installers were professional and courteous, answered each of my questions, cleaned-up after completion, and went over the functions of the new thermostat in great detail. On May 4, 2016, Tyler and Hys came over to install the air conditioning unit. I cannot say enough about how awesome these two guys were. They arrived on time, explained how everything was going to work, and got started right away. They were both super-friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was completed quickly and they went out of their way to install an extra cold air return in the basement, even though it wasn't on the original work order. They replaced my outdoor temperature sensor and ensured it was functioning properly. In short, these guys were just amazing!

Mathew #RCH1763 was our advisor today. He was wonderful from the phone call to tell me he was on his way to the end of the call. He was very enthusiastic about his job and he was extremely thorough. He left me with tips on how to keep both working well and he was a breath of fresh air. Reliance must be a great company to work for. Thank you Mathew. Hope to see you again.

Replaced the furnace, A/C, and the water heater. All 3 brand new appliances were installed. The old ones were removed. I will recommnd them to my friends. They dealt with any issues that came up. Service was excellent.

Had a rental review done May 3/16. Getting new furnance, air conditioner and hot water tank. Monthly rental will less then I'm paying now. Receiving huge rebates. Getting first 8 mths rental free.

Excellent service from both Mike & Luciano full furnace and central air system. Friendly and very professional. Very Neat and clean right from the start. Explained all steps along the way and how the app on my phone can assist us. Would highly recommend the company, product and especially these guys.

The crew was amazing! They did everything they could to make sure our requests were adhered to, and went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn't even related to the installation: they found our dryer hose had split near the outside wall, beneath a dropped ceiling. We were prepared to have to fix things ourselves or call in someone to do that for us, but the crew not only taped the hose to repair it but also cleaned the tiles that had masses of lint all over them, before putting the ceiling back together. I've never had such great service. These people deserve a good pay bonus and they have two very grateful customers.

The serviceman was knowledgeable and very communicative of work process to solve the furnace problem. He worked efficiently and left the site clean. The problem with no heat was the a intermittent faulty gas valve. Once replaced the furnace was operational.

Rob & Fred very courteous installers. Did a great job explaining how to use the system, and answered all my questions. Left the work area clean and tidy. Very pleased. Highly recommend Reliance.
