Nice job. Reliance is always with my need. I do appreciate the workmanship and skill of installing my air conditioner. I hope similar problem in future will be solved in the same way.

Noticed my furnace was down one day, luckily it was early spring so it wasn't extremely cold, but I went online and was able to book a service appointment on there very easily. It gives you a little calendar with time slots to choose from. In and out real quick! The service tech came on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did his thing and left me with heat. All I could ask for! Payed by my monthly service fee, so nothing out of pocket that day, which the tech shows you how much it would have been if you had to pay.

Converting our old water tank with this new unit was very cost efficient for us. The customer service in Timmins is fantastic and we recommend this program to all our friends and family.

I have a rental gas water heater which malfunctioned mid April of this month. The problem was diagnosed quickly on examination and the suggested repair/ replace was quickly decided upon. The technician came prepared with a water heater in tow. He was careful, efficient, and pleasant , he wore boot covers and used drop mats from door to the work area. Job well done and off to his next appointment. Still mid morning and hot water was on its way.

I had Gabriel Chiodo repair my hot water tank today. I was extremely pleased with the service. He was here on time, extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to all my family and friends.

Our water heater would not stay lit andand consequently we had no hot water.Called Reliance Home Comfort and was more then pleased when I was told a serviceman would be there in the next 4 hours.The technician Chris.B #907 showed up and had the water heater back in service within 10 minutes.Great service,friendly and efficient and knowledgeable technician.Thank you.Great Service.

Nathan A arrived within the hours booked. Friendly, fast and efficient. Changed air filter on my purifier, checked furnace and air conditioner and explained what he was servicing. Happy with Reliance equipment and service. My heat bills have never been lower! Thanks, Reliance and to the professional people, like Nathan who service your equipment! Mike As of 11/1/16: I had trouble with my humidifier for the past 3 years not working but it took Peter G. no time to find the problem and fix it. Kudos to Peter on a job well done and 10 stars!

Christian Janssens dropped by on Sunday May 1st and performed his magic. Hot water is flowing. Christian was professional, well dressed for the job, projecting a well groomed representative who was engaging and articulate.

The installation of our new central air system was completed in a very professional manner. Daniel and Andrew were a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and provided excellent service.
