Original positive review was posted a little too hastily. I should have waited until the work was complete before providing the feedback.
Since the installation, the old equipment has been left on the floor in our crawl space for the past 5+ weeks. Repeated phone calls/texts to find out when they will return to complete the work go unanswered or worse, are replied to with "Unacceptable, I will personally get back to you tomorrow and someone will blah blah..."
Feels like these guys are all about the sale and commission and could care less about the after-sales service. Worse yet, not sure if it is their dept or a 3rd party they sold my info to, but I am being bombarded by telemarketing calls from people claiming to be from Reliance Home Comfort. Possibly a coincidence, but not likely given the timing.
Installers for A/C were amazing -- hot water tank was subbed out to some other company. These guys left my smoke detector wrapped in a thick cloth, my water treatment system unplugged, and the old unit laying on the floor. Ridiculously bad service.
