In the three years since becoming a Reliance Home Comfort customer I have been consistently please with the service provided by the company's technicians. Kristin G who completed this year's HVAC inspection raised the bar. She was thorough and deliberate during the inspection, and her post-inspection report to me very detailed.

6-7 year old rented water heater from Reliance, no problems until yesterday... pilot light went out could not reignite. Happened late Saturday afternoon by the time we noticed. Called Reliance for service call, scheduled in next day Sunday 8am-2pm. Tech arrived 10am. Chris was very knowledgeable and polite. Explained what failed and needed replacement...thermocouple..., also explained what else can cause pilots to go out and what to do to start up again in certain situations. Explained the safety features on the unit as well. Service was no more then 15-20 minutes, replacing the worn thermocouple.

I had my furnace repaired by Paul W (2060) and was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and friendliness. He was very courteous and took the time to explained to me what the problem was. Great job.

I recently needed to change our furnace and a/c since they were both 22 years old. I called a few companies and eventually chose Reliance (Holmes Heating) . From the first meeting receiving the quote from Trevor to the day the new system was installed by (Trinden and Dustin) we were treated in a very professional and courteous manner. Everything was well explained and the new system is working great. We were both very impressed with the time all three took with us. I would highly recommend this company and have already shared my positive experience with many.

Had same furnace guy out 3 times telling me I need to call an electrician to get my furnace running hello I pay for protection plan with reliance and your telling me to phone an electrician to get heat ????

I was shopping around for prices on furnace systems and decided to call Reliance due to commercials I had heard on the radio. The sales person Tom G. attended my house and I was really impressed by his breadth of knowledge about furnaces and air conditioners. It was clear he knew what he was talking about and he offered many items of advice that no other company took the time to explain. I decided to go with him as I he assured me that if I ever had any issues with my new system I could rely on Reliance for support. I appreciated all the attention I got and am pleased with the decision I made. Thanks Tom!!

Tom Gianitsopulos was our Home Comfort Advisor and he did a fantastic job during our discussion for what Air conditioner best suits our needs. He was very detailed and enthusiastic in his explanations making sure everyone was on the same page and everyone was more than happy with the outcome. We are more than satisfied with the service we were provided and would definitely recommend Reliance to any future clients in need of such superior service.

Our tank water heater broke and water is everywhere in the basement it was a disaster. Then we call reliance home comfort it was quick response they send some one right away his name was Dave Masters a very good advisor he go through all the details, cost and advice how to pick a realiable good quality furnace and water heater for us. I'll recommend very strongly if anyone having problem or issue to there water heater and furnace.

Original positive review was posted a little too hastily. I should have waited until the work was complete before providing the feedback. Since the installation, the old equipment has been left on the floor in our crawl space for the past 5+ weeks. Repeated phone calls/texts to find out when they will return to complete the work go unanswered or worse, are replied to with "Unacceptable, I will personally get back to you tomorrow and someone will blah blah..." Feels like these guys are all about the sale and commission and could care less about the after-sales service. Worse yet, not sure if it is their dept or a 3rd party they sold my info to, but I am being bombarded by telemarketing calls from people claiming to be from Reliance Home Comfort. Possibly a coincidence, but not likely given the timing. Installers for A/C were amazing -- hot water tank was subbed out to some other company. These guys left my smoke detector wrapped in a thick cloth, my water treatment system unplugged, and the old unit laying on the floor. Ridiculously bad service.

Came home from vacay to find my 12 year old furnace cold & leaking C02 (I have protection plan) in -10 degrees weather. Salesman (Momo) came within hours with space heaters and installers (K.Connolly/N.Albright) came next morning on time and put in the new AC/Furnace system. Within 6 hours - my home was warm and quiet! Total professionals and absolutely would recommend them. The area was clean, they took away my old equipment. You want it done right - call them. They gave me a beautiful product, on time, installed perfectly!
