Furnace & ac installed 20 May 2014. Technician said to call him for first 6 months of service. 21 May Water spraying all over basement from humidifier. Technician returned my call 2 days later. 14 July System completely frozen inside & out. Called technician. He says call Reliance. Froze a second time that summer. Technician now says not to run the dryer & ac at the same time. 15 Sept power switch failed on furnace. 24 Sept started to freeze again. June 2015 11 different phone calls to get new filters. 31 Aug frozen again. Telephone operator refused to give me name or ID. Jan 2016 Filters are no longer free or delivered. Now you have to go to the store to buy them. April 2016 discovered that Reliance can actually take money from your account on any day they choose, payment plan or not. Kelly is a slick talking sales woman and had me totally fleeced. On the day of install, the hepa filter I had ordered had suddenly disappeared, meaning another visit. Once I told her to forget it, one magically appeared. It has been nothing but trouble and misery since the day it was installed. Biggest mistake of my life.
