Bill W. and Len B. did an excellent job installing our new furnace/AC/hot water tank. They were very professional and persevered to ensure that the wiring was corrected for builders sub-par wiring. Their effort was greatly appreciated.

No hot water, a quick call to Reliance and within 2 hours service man Chris Bell was at the door. Within 30min the issue was diagnosed and fixed. Second time I had to call in for service in 10 years and 2nd time service has been excellent. Technician was knowledgeable, polite and fast. Would definitely recommend Reliance. Thanks Chris.... MD

I would definitely rank Josh as a very professional and excellent gentleman. He was very prompt and courteous. He asked if I would like to watch as he replaced the water heater tank and explained if the pilot light went out, how to start it up again. This is the second time Josh has come out, the first time was a week ago and he came out around 10 pm. This time he called me about 7 am and arrived just before 8 am. He was quick and efficient. From now on I will ask the customer reps that take the calls to make sure they send out Josh. Thank you, Josh for all you have done.

I highly recommend the team that installed my Tankless Hot Water Heater. They were very clean, professional and efficient. If you are having work done by Reliance-ask for Saturn Heating & Cooling to do the work for you!!!

Terrible service! Stay clear of this company!!! Purchased a air conditioner a while ago, got offered a 18 month deferral with no interest charges so decided to take the deferral period, verbal agreement with sales agent stating they would send a statement/bill so I could pay for it full with no interest charges, 18 months later, no reminders, no bills, claimed they sent a "welcome package" never received it. Now being charged 900$ in interest. Was told to supply a void cheque in the event that I change my mind and decide to do monthly payments so I would have to call to notify. Took monthly payments from my account, took 8 phone calls to reach a manager, got "offered" a 25% discount on the interest that was added because payment was not made "on time". No one remembers what they did 18 months ago, nor would they remember to pay their one bill 18 months from now. Sales agent stated they would send statement/bill, call agents and managers say they dont send out any reminders or anything. They are forcing me to pay interest based on their mistake. Claiming its "on the contract" and not accepting their verbal agreement, pretty much taking money out of peoples pockets, after specifically telling the lady we would be paying it in full after the deferral period. Communication problems between the sales agent and the company itself, yet UEI financial says its my fault. Problem still unsolved. No hours of operations for Calgary offices. Never ever getting business from me again, this is a headache, this is ridiculous. I thought big companies were reliable, thought they would be great with customers but I guess this is not the case. STAY CLEAR!!!! Air conditioner cost was $3171 was told I had to pay $4100....... Manager said her "offer" was $3171 + $650 interest. Wanted me to pay interest on their mistake........ If you get a interest free deferral make sure you purchase a 2 year post dated calendar to remind yourself when the deferral period ends!! or youll end up with surprise withdrawals and high interest payments.

The two men who installed my system did so quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and made me comfortable with their abilities; their names were Dan and Sean and I would recommend them and Reliance to my friends and family. Thank you

Disappointing service on a leaky hot water tank. Was given a 8am-5pm window of service and no one showed up. Told it was due to a communication error between reliance staff and a 3rd party contractor. Given another service window the next day of 12pm - 3:30pm and once again no one showed up. Told it was because someone changed the technician assigned to the service request, where the previously given service window (which I confirmed at 9am that morning) no longer applied. In addition no one called to let me know of the change. It turned out that the newly assigned technician came at 9:30am when I was not home (yes, this change apparently happened within the 30 minutes after I called in to verify the 12pm-3:30pm service window). Will be looking into buying a hot water tank or renting from someone else.

Technicians Derek and Matt arrived on time. They were polite and informative. All care was taken to protect my property from any work related dirt. The work in my furnace room and outside is neat and tidy. All operational aspects regards the new equipment was fully explained. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very well done and courteous employees. Install Date April 15/2015 Crew installed Tankless water heater in our home on Friday and they were knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Very happy with their service.

Inherited 5 year old hot water tank and Reliance rental contract from previous owner of house, three years later we have just had our first issue, reduced hot water. The technician that came from their Barrie office was prompt and was able to resolve this issue to my full satisfaction in no time, I was very impressed by this technicians professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend Reliance based on my first interaction.
