    Furnace Replacement

    Just had a new furnace installed. Reliance made it so easy with being able to book the appointment online and got a tech to out the same day to diagnose the problem. A big thanks to Frank, Mario, and Saagar for the prompt service, quality of work, and professionalism. Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks So Much.

    Furnace Replacement

    I had a problem with my old furnace so I called Reliance Home Comfort for quotation. Lina set a date and time. She was very punctual; on the dot. She's an easy to talk to type of person; made us comfortable throughout her presentation (of the product) and patiently answering our questions. Brent and Shawn came and installed the new furnace. They were very respectful and extremely cautious not to do any damage (property). They did a very excellent job. I wish for Reliance to have more Brent(s) and Shawn(s).

    Fixing water heater

    As soon as the water heater in our home broke down, I called Reliance and they dispatched Chad McDaid around the evening time. Chad was really friendly and got the job done in 20 mins. We were highly impressed with his communication skills. Thank you for helping us Chad!

    Gas furnace not working

    April 12, 2016 Ivan, a Reliance Technician cleaned the flame sensor on my gas furnace, replaced my furnace filter, replaced my thermostat batteries. Both of which I provided. Answered all my questions in detail. I have never been more satisfied. The BEST technician ever.

    Furnace Filter

    We had no heat, and after realizing it wasn't the normal flame sensor problem, I decided to call. We were fortunate enough to get a "that evening" service, had the technician (Adam) call within about a half hr saying he was on his way. The problem was a shot igniter, which was quickly replaced and we had our heat restored. I was really pleased with the prompt and professional service, with the technician really knowing what he was doing. Thank you Reliance, and thank you Adam.

    New Furnace & Air Conditioner Unit Purchased

    Purchased new units & were installed in mid February,were told we have to wait and try out the air conditioner in warmer weather. If there is a problem to contact them & they would come back & fix. (Really, can't guarantee their work) Salesman seemed to be more concerned about their own referrals from us, back to their company, than us their actual paying customers. Kept asking us when we receive the email, to please rate him at least a 9 or higher out of 10. Ridiculous....still waiting on my OPG rebate that was promised from February. Apparently this is out of their hands, backlog at OPG. Now that the sale is complete, their customer goes under the radar. Go figure.

    Customer service

    set up my account, get my first bill for $528. Back dated for the entire 2015 year when we moved into our new house in March 2016. Sat on hold for 30 min for the BILLING dept to say I had to talk to the move dept to adjust the bill?? Then was told there call volume was high and I should call back tomorrow. I said I would like to talk to a supervisor and they said not an option its close to closing time. I said then I would wait. Magically after waiting again the billing dept can make the adjustment. Lets see if | actually get the correct bill by next week or if they send me to collections for non payment.

    HVAC purchase and install

    Excellent service from both Mike & Luciano full furnace and central air system. Punctual, friendly and very professional. Explained all steps along the way and were tidy. Would highly recommend.

    Furnace inspection

    We realized the home we bought had a furnace that had probably not been looked at in 11 years and we had no maintenance plan in place. And we could sometimes smell a little gas. So we called Reliance and they were able to send somebody over right away (on a weekend!). Chris Rowland (BEB 3707) was very friendly, got straight to work, thoroughly checked the furnace, and checked for gas leaks. He was willing to answer our questions. He even noticed we had a baby in the house and recommended putting a carbon-monoxide detector in the basement near the furnace.

    Hot Water Tank

    Nothing bad experiences from day one. They don't know a single thing about what they say they do and have constantly sent amateurs to my house. They have left me without hot water and furnance for days.
