Called for service on Friday morning as we had no hot water. Rec'd call from technician, Jason, in less than 1/2 and hour saying he would be there in 10 minutes. Jason was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, wore protective coverings on his boots and polite. Quietly went about his job and was completed in less than half an hour, taking the time to explain everything to me and answering my questions. Hopefully the repair is good, but I have absolutely no reason to believe otherwise. He even showed me the parst he replaced. VERY pleased with the service and technician. What a refreshing and pleasant experience for us after all of the horror stories you hear about these days when service is needed on a furnace or A/C or hot water heater. This went along just perfectly, and I applaud Reliance. Oh, and the technician was in a properly marked vehicle and wearing a uniform unlike a repair person (contract) for Bell showing up at my parents' home with no I.D. or uniform. Another very important feature. Please keep up this kind of service!!!
