Very friendly service tech, came to look at water heater he was knowledgeable and very good mannered. He was very thorough and checked over everything. Name was Scott Davis, davis air.

Hi, First experiences are always critical. Well here I cannot complain. I called the hotline regarding about my furnace. within 2 hours, a technician came. He was patient enough to wait around and listen to a strange noise coming from the furnace....yes it occurred randomly so we had to wait for it. The noise came from a faulty vent motor. 45 min after the Tech came to replace it. It has been a week. All is good again. Thanks!

They were punctual, polite, did a great job, extremely careful and cleaned up inside and out! New furnace is great! They explained everything to me - so big thank you going out to Chris and Cam!

Asif Bakhsh came to my house this morning to deal with my air conditioner not working. He was amazing - checked everything and explained it all. Once he left everything was running perfectly. I think I might just ask for Asif for all future calls. Wonderful experience!

Called for service on Friday morning as we had no hot water. Rec'd call from technician, Jason, in less than 1/2 and hour saying he would be there in 10 minutes. Jason was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, wore protective coverings on his boots and polite. Quietly went about his job and was completed in less than half an hour, taking the time to explain everything to me and answering my questions. Hopefully the repair is good, but I have absolutely no reason to believe otherwise. He even showed me the parst he replaced. VERY pleased with the service and technician. What a refreshing and pleasant experience for us after all of the horror stories you hear about these days when service is needed on a furnace or A/C or hot water heater. This went along just perfectly, and I applaud Reliance. Oh, and the technician was in a properly marked vehicle and wearing a uniform unlike a repair person (contract) for Bell showing up at my parents' home with no I.D. or uniform. Another very important feature. Please keep up this kind of service!!!

No hot water after installing a water softener on the main water line. Called Reliance and 8:30pm and they scheduled Troy G. for the next morning, who did a great job with getting my hot water flowing again. A ball in the dip tube got stuck in the closed position and prevented any hot water flow. Was very friendly and even replaced a drain tube I broke while we were using buckets to bath our kids. This was my third service call since I had the tank installed 7 years ago and service was always same day or early next. Thanks Troy.

Matt Was great came to inspect and offered solutions for a new tankless water heater. Good insight very informative and worked to get it installed ASAP as we needed it. Paul and mike installed it the next morning. Clean quick and seamless. On time - In and out no issues. We're great. And the hot water is back on.

Hot water tank burst. Foot of water in the basement. Called Reliance because I pay them more than $1,000 per year to "take care" of these things. Eight phone calls later, denials, contractors refusing to come in the evening, telling me they didn't get the requisition from Reliance. Reliance engaging a contractor who doesn't swap out hot water tanks, and didn't show up anyway. It took, nearly 24 hours to get someone at the door with a new tank. Thankfully, the young men that showed up to do the work were awesome.

Home comfort expert was absolutely 100 percent best sales expert I have dealt with. He is phenomenal at explaining everything in detail, provided us with the best advise ever and gave us all options. He was empathetic and sincere and gave us as much discounts as he possibly could do to help us out as our pockets were tight at the moment. Gave us a free tank less upgrade and gave us all information about the rebates regarding carrier and the government. Also he helped us out as we were selling the house so he said the home inspector might want us to change ac and it will give us an extra bonus when selling as new buyers are quick to look at all equipment upgrades. He was pleasant, upbeat, personable and professional. I would definetly recommend Andrew to anyone as they will be in the best hands and all their issues will be resolved asap with Andrew.
