Nenous and Shane did an incredible job on furnace installation. They worked right through without stopping for lunch. Installation was alot professional looking compared to old installation. They had to crawl under my deck which was pretty muddy, Great job boys.

The company withdrew $267+tax from my bank account on March 18,2016 for a service work order without obtaining a verbal or written approval from me. When I called the company to dispute the charges the presented me with a work order signed by someone, but not myself. They also commented that the installer spoke with me on February 8th (the date of the repair) which never happened. I've been trying to resolve the issue with the company but they give me timelines of getting back to me that they never keep. I called several times and left numerous messages on the customer resolution agents voicemails without any reply.

After speaking to Jeff the Home Comfort Advisor and choosing a selected furnace from his advice, he arranged the installation of the furnace with George's Heating & Plumbing which was installed today 1st Apr. The workers did an excellent job, were courteous and showed how to change the filter and also the new Temperature Programmer. We were very pleased with the work! Matt the technition from Reliance who did the annual inspection had informed Jeff that I was interested in a new furnace and that is how it all started!! Great job guys!!

Derek, Mike and Matteo showed up on time (actually a few minutes early), were very friendly and respectful, left my house tidy, and took the time to show and explain all my new equipment. Thank you!!

Rodney Weins was our advisor and and we couldn't be more pleased! He assessed our equipment and gave us an honest opinion of what was going on with our system. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. And he was very patient as well cause we took our time to decide. I liked that the advisors are not very pushy and they give you your space to do your research. The best part was that the day we made the decision, the very next day they came to install everything. Our hot water heater exhaust pipes were not up to code so they did all that as well which I am extremely happy about. Hasan Q and his team did an excellent job at installing all three things and they were polite, extremely clean and explained everything to me and also addressed all my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with the service and wouldn't go with anyone else. Highly recommend Reliance.

The installers we had were informative, professional and guided us through each step. If they had to shut of the power or water they let us no which was professional. Our installers were Adam Groves and Rob Lalonde both. Great job.

Very pleased with whole process from start to finish. The installation went smooth and the house was left in good shape. Everything was explained to me in detail as how to operate the equipment. I was told if there were any issues they would send out a technician to explain or fix. Bill

Paul W came to my condo to diagnose the reason I was sometimes not getting hot water throughout my condo. He explained the reason thoroughly, and told me a few ways to cure the problem, and advised me to get a new system installed, because my current system is pretty old. Paul was very friendly and and funny as well. I give Paul's customer service a 10 out of 10

I needed a new furnace ASAP and they delivered. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend to either family or friends. My Installers Adam and Rob were both polite and friendly and accomplished their work in a timely manner.

Excellent service from the first service call to next day replacement of the water heater. Floors were all protected and the pleasant, courteous contractor cleaned everything up at the end of what was only a 75-80 minute call.
