phoned for service approximately 10:30 am.setup service between 10:30 and 2 pm.Received a call from service rep. about 11;am,appointment setup for 12 noon.Rep. was here by noon,Explained problem.Checked out and repaired by 1pm.Rep. was very courteous and job sight was all cleaned up.Very Professional.

Hot water tank we owned broke. As it was 15 years old, the venting pipe outside also had to be replaced. As the piping was over a dropped ceiling in the bedroom, Steve K recommended another way to vent that would not involve taking part of the ceiling down. He was very helpful. Heatmasters, Reliance contractor, came the next morning. Peter and Jeff did a great job in installing and were very accommodating and clean. Would recommend this company.

We would like to commend both Lina Alviar and Adam Walker for a job well done. Adam was so thorough in servicing our equipment last March 31st, and Lina was so patient in explaining to us the advantages of a new equipment as against the old ones most importantly for our safety and cost savings. Both are honest and know their jobs to the "T". We wish them both the best and Reliance Home Comfort is lucky to have these hardworking people as part of your organization.

We were looking for a company to install a new air conditioner when the weather started getting warmer in March. After 3 quotes, I found Reliance to be the most knowledgeable and competitive. Don Snow did a lot of measurements and give us an accurate quote with a very detailed explanation of the AC unit and our needs based on the technical assessment. He was very friendly and offered great advice. The install was very quick and seamless done by Jamie and Dustin and everything was very clean. On the day of the install, to everyone's surprise, our water tank started leaking that morning. Don called one of his guys at the company who does plumbing and they came right away to fix the pressure relief value. Not only did they fix the problem, but they didn't even charge anything extra for the water heater work. This company is amazing! Great salespeople, efficient installers and great service.

Steve G Team member 1277 provided great service when he came to replace our hot water heater. He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were relieved that we were able to have such quick and reliable service right before a long weekend. Thanks Steve.

We called in Saturday because we started running dirty water, they said they will send someone Sunday between 8am-1pm. The lady arrived at 12:25ish, stayed for 30 seconds, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, said someone will call to make another appointment to fix the problem. Someone called and said they will come sometime IN THREE DAYS?!!? We cannot run the water for 3 days!! We have been paying service fees for years and the one time we need service they were awful with it. You're not comfortable until we are?? Yeah Okay, go trick someone else with that line. Definitely switching companies ASAP. Never recommending this company to anyone.

Our furnace broke down and we called Reliance to look at it. They sent a service technician (Gabriel) to look at the problem. He was very prompt, courteous and thorough. He determined that the problem was the heat exchange unit, and given the repair cost and the age of our furnace, it was obvious that the best solution was to replace it. Gabriel put us in touch with the sales representative (Lina), who arrived shortly afterwards and explained the various options we had available. Even though Lina was pressed for time with another appointment after ours, she didn't rush and was very pleasant and informative. Her knowledge of the product line allowed us to quickly choose the best furnace for our needs. Later, the installation team arrived and did a great job removing the old furnace and installing the new one. I would definitely recommend Reliance .

I have paid for their furnace service plan. They were out 3 times in a 2 weeks span for "No Heat" my furnace was short cycling. After the third time, I called another provider and ended up getting a new furnace - There were 4 cracks and a HOLE in the heat exchanger, leaking CO throughout my house. (Check your Carbon monoxide detectors everyone!) Its a miracle It didn't kill us - The recirculation fan was on 24/7 so that saved me from dying in the basement. I Can't believe they missed this, never checked for CO. The furnace was short cycling because the flames were going directly into my ductwork and overheating.

After everything was installed we were supposed to get the paperwork for 650.00 rebate and my Dad was to receive a check for 250.00 referral bonus. Install happened in January, we are still waiting. Pre install everything was great Post install The sales rep disappeared..not so great
