The technical expert was very expert and friendly. He finished the job in reasonable time and in a clean way. The lady on help desk was also friendly and I received the help within half an hour

A job well done! On a wet freezing rain day they showed up, put on covers over there shoes, and had the part in hand to do and complete the job. Technician Jason Mitruk did a, a one job.

My service time was 10-2 the service tech Ken Hill called to notify me he was 10 min away he showed up exactly at 10. Answered all my questions and concerns was great with my dog and baby. I am very satisfied with our service.

I had an issue with my hot water heater, and Adam came out to the site early in the window of time the dispatcher gave me. He called 20 minutes before he was on his way. When he got here he quickly determined the problem and fixed it really quick. He was in and out of my house in 20 minutes at the most...great job....no issues. He was polite and knowledgable. Install of new high efficiency furnace, AC, thermostat, humidifier was completed by Kevin and his team. All were very professional and did a great job using team work and good attitude.

Replacing a furnace isn't an easy task and Reliance Home Comfort made the process less stressful and confusing. The service technicians and the sales rep Andrew were very accommodating, professional, answered all questions, provided explanations and demonstrated the workings of each piece of equipment thoroughly. have been a reliance customer for nearly 20 years now, called for water heater replacement and after some faults setting up appointment, everything went smooth, installer Corey was early for the appointment, finished quickly and was very professional. helped set up an appointment for a furnace quote. Rep for furnace replacement was very knowledgeable and professional and advised replacement for age of furnace and energy savings. furnace replacement was great, installers were on time and very courteous and professional, installation was done very quick for such a large job, Mike and installer working with him did a great job, cleaned up well after and repaired water leak at fitting for humidifier, very happy with service, great job guys
