I add the service package for $39.99/ month and called reliance today for plumbing. Reliance is amazing in their service. It is quick and fast. They sent the in home technician same day. Jorge id # RCM3581 was amazing and been very patience and fix each and everything on timely manner. It`s really hard to get the service from the technician and the company. My water tank was leaking and I called for service. The technician Daryl arrived by 7:30 am and completed the water tank replacement by 9:30 am. Another technician came to help carry the tanks down and up the stairs. Amazing job. Thank you.

Crew arrived on time and worked without a stop until the job was done. They were quiet and respectful at all times. When finished the work area was tidy and required little clean-up. Work was finished at the time estimated. Who could ask for more?

Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. He was courteous Professional and thorough with all the answers to all my questions. He was patient with all my silly question. Highly recommend him and reliance.

I have used Reliance services for the past 16 years. I always had good advised over the phone by the customer service staff as well as by the field mechanic when in home for the regular maintenance. For the furnace maintenance I was advised to purchase service plan to cover unexpected expenses for repairs. And I don't regretted! At least every 3-4 years some part failed to provide heat. The service was always prompt and I had the mechanic coming in the same day. It was appreciated to have a call prior to the visit and the mechanics were always professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Today March 22, 2016 Mr. Paul Wrobel provided exceptional repair and maintenance check on the furnace. I recommend his services to anyone when it comes to furnace issues.

I was sitting at home on a Monday night when my furnace started to make some extremely bad noises I had not heard before. Since I am not experienced with furnaces I just shut it off to avoid any more serious problems from happening. I turned it back on the Friday night a few days later and same issue, I decided to give Reliance a call to see if they could send someone out on the Monday to have a look. Much to my surprise they offered to send someone out right away(8pm on a Friday night), we made the appt. for the following morning. A tech showed up at my house and actually walked me through the steps he took to determine the problem and unfortunately it was bad news. The burner on my furnace had cracked and there was corrosion all on the  bottom as well, the cost of repairs would have been about half the cost of a new furnace. I agreed to have a sales person meet at my house to go over options for a new furnace. Jayson of sales came by my house and took measurements to ensure the right furnace would be installed and went over all my options with me. The following day the tech team Jeff and two others came to my house and got to work. They ripped out all the old parts and as they were about to start installing the new furnace they realized the exhaust vents would have to be relocated or go about a foot onto my neighbours driveway due to code of the furnace. After explaining the issue we switched to a different furnace so the vents could remain in the same spot without interfering with my neighbours property. Jeff and his crew were extremely quick, clean, friendly and respectful they went far above and beyond what I would have expected and I am extremely sastisfied with the job they did. They had even gone out of their way to point out what was done incorrectly in the past and what they had done differently this time around and why they had done so. All around great experience and I would highly recommend Jayson and Jeff and his crew to anyone looking for repairs and/or replacements of furnaces and air conditioners. Reliance truely represents home comfort.

On Friday, March18, 2016 our furnace suddenly stopped working so we don't have HEAT at around 9:45 PM and it was getting really cold inside our home. I phoned Reliance Home Comfort and set up a service call. A helpful lady set us up for 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM the following day. The technician Bruce M. came around 9:30 AM and started working on the problem right away. He was so knowledgeable about the matter. He explained to me a little about the problem then fixed it in less that 30 minutes. We have the heat back and very please and comfortable now. There was no charge for the part and service as we have the protection plan. Thanks a lot Bruce M and thank you Reliance Home Comfort. I highly recommend the PROTECTION PLAN.

Noticed my furnace was blowing cold air yesterday. Woke up at 4am to realize house was very cold and furnace was not turning over properly. Set up a service call online at 4:20am. Had a technician here at 7:50 doing the repair. On a Sunday! He replaced the motor on the furnace, cleaned the sensor and checked carbon monoxide levels. In and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend the protection plan. Didn't pay a cent more than the monthly fee.

Ian B (#0217) took the time to figure out what the problem might be instead of just restarting the furnace. He tested everything and was very thorough. We were very pleased with his work ethics and will always request him for maintenance calls.

Troy Greaves, the Reliance installer was great and very professional. He arrived on time, installed the water heater without problem. All garbage was disposed of after, and a new PVC vent pipe was ran to the outside of the house neatly. Thanks for the great work.
